DPers: Call to Action!

We need a call to action on Wednesday. This "American Police Force" situation is SERIOUS and is the start of a cancer.

It doesn't matter if you've never heard of Hardin, Montana, the fact is, this will end badly and spread like cancer across America. If we don't do something now and fight it in this small town then it will be even bigger and harder to battle later.

On Wednesday, pick up your phones, email, create some chaos with your voices. Let this company and the government of Montana and the United States know that is is an outrage to turn over the police force to a private foreign company.

I'm quite positive that there were probably many conflicts of interests involved and money flowing to offshore bank accounts.

At the very least, there should be a civil suit brought against this company.

LET THE LAWSUITS BEGIN NOW. THE EARLIER THE BETTER AND THE MORE THE QUICKER IT WILL BANKRUPT THIS COMPANY.

I don't know if Blackwater is involved but it is certainly a similar type of Private Contractor Group!

I am thinking still that they are somehow Federal $$$ and contracted through DHS or something. I mean we contract private mercenary companies like Blackwater with fed money and now the fusion centers openly hiring military and private police/ mercenary so they can get out of any oversight/ FOIA laws through using them.

When the local sheriff office can't get a search warrant, they call in our "friendly" conservation man. Who can come look in your freezer without warning or warrant.
Of course he won’t talk to anyone about anything else he might have seen or smelled or heard……

I've been trying to find Richard Culver as mentioned in one of the articles as the "boss" of APF. Here is what I found ..not sure if it is the same guy but it's a good possibility. Not only does International SOS provide security services ( including to governments) it is also involved with Pandemic response readiness as well as other services.

State of Montana Constitution forbids private police!

The APF has as of yet not been made aware that the State of Montana has a constitution that forbids the creation of a private police force

APF could be in the process of applying for the license but it would take the legislature or the Governor to give their final approval.

1. What's behind the name and the seal?

2. Do they belong to the FOP?

3. What is their experience?

4. What is their business model in Hardin?

5. True or false about reports of their staff posing as police officers in Hardin?

The decals included a crest that closely resembles the Serbian-Montenegro national crest making the vehicles look even more official. One of the APF principals, Michael Hilton, was born in Montenegro and has been using the vehicles as a good faith symbol in dealing with Hardin and Two Rivers Authority officials. Michael indicated that they are to be used at the new facility

I've been reading about this American Police Force here, and other places, and am still having a bit of a hard time understanding the uproar. Private security for prisoners is as old as the USA. Before we had jails and prisons, prisoners were taken in and kept in private homes, either shackled in their basements or attics or barns. People were paid by the State or Town to house the criminals. There are existing examples of these old gaols all over New England. So to have a private security force in charge of a "public" prison is nothing new for America, and is actually the old American way.

I Work at a State-Run University

We are legally required to buy all our furniture for offices and dorm rooms from a private company that runs the state’s prisons, pays the inmates $0.20 per hour to manufacture the furniture, then charges us three times what we’d pay for the furniture if we bought it at Staples.

In addition to that, theses private companies feed the prisoners expired food, which is absolutely crap food in the first place. They also get paid by big pharma to let them test experimental drugs on the inmates.
