Far, far worse is someone who is awake to the truth, but does not take action to help us stop them. I beg you, if you are truly awake, you need to get active. What we are up against only becomes hopeless when you become helpless. Set aside one half hour a day to fight for the causes of liberty. If the computer is your thing, don't just tell us what is happening, spread it to the unawakened who don't know it is happening.
The information we are all learning on this site and others should not just entertain us, it should frighten each and every last one of us into action. If you are not taking action, then you are still holding onto the belief that everything is o.k. to some extent or another. You cannot get activated until you allow your brain to digest and accept that this is real and it is coming, until you do that you will just continue to be entertained.
Truth is, you are missing out on the most entertaining part, becoming an active patriot will make you feel great and unify you to others taking action. It is one thing to chat with one another, it is another to actually work and sweat together.
Let us all who haven't been quite tipped to the point of sacrificing a little for liberty realize the importance we each as individuals have to this movement. Let us all who have been tipped to the point of action, make sure we do our part and keep the proactive side of this site hitting hard at all times, so we can motivate eachother past the tipping point. We cannot afford the presumption that someone else will take up the reigns for us, we must remain disciplined enough to keep ourselves as individuals going in order to work like a team. Remember, the other guy isn't doing anything either because he thinks you are, so please take action.

bump for action, but I want to add a cautionary statement
There is truth to tog's post, but it is not all fun and laughter. The liberty loving crowd is a VERY independent bunch, and if you get a big enough group of be an effective activist, you WILL get a "friend" to hinder your progress.
I believe the MOST important action people can take right now is preparing to survive as best you can. The folks who cannot smell the fascism at this point are olfactorily impaired... by their own choice. They may never be reached. However, if SHTF, you will be prepared to survive (good for the species) and to help the shleeple when they come begging for someone to remove their chip...
Activism is heart breaking, as well as uplifting. Now, go do it.
Feel free to pick ANY topic, print off fliers and go door to door. You do NOT have to be an expert, just don't try to bluff. Go with something like "I just started looking into this, and it alarms me enough that I want my neighbors looking into it too." The MOST important thing is to get your butt door to door and meet your neighbors. If it turns out they are all warmongering neocons, you will be glad you found out...

Taking action
I agree with your call to action,however, let me add a note of caution. Before you champion an idea of liberty that you feel needs to be addressed, please become well versed in the truth of your cause. Speaking only with trivial knowledge on a subject will only serve to weaken an argument. I support action, and spreading the truth about the hyposcrisy that currently infects the soul of the nation. However, do your own research and judge the subject by a strict sense of moral virtue before sending forward as truth. This will only serve all of us best. That being said choose a topic of inequity within the system that interests you and expose the fruad behind it boldly. Just my 2 cents.
