my experience with police brutality is this, they usually get away with it.
I came home one morning and saw 5 cops at my house in PA, 2 were inside, I ran up and said what the F are you doing in my house mother Fers, I was picked up and slammed to the ground (I was 18 at the time, wouldn't be so easy these days) Cop put his knee in my neck, and I was arrested for disorderly conduct, they also kicked in my roomates door and walked through my entire house. They were looking for a criminal, but arrested me for being angry at them for breaking in to my house, which they said was open so they had a right to go it. Anyway, we tried to file a complaint and they pretty much laughed me out of the station
Last year, my friend was arrested and beaten by Las Vegas cops, mace masked and strapped to a chair. He was laying in the road, the cop who thought he was a drunk being an idiot, maced him and put him under arrest. When a bystander ran up and said, no that dude was hit by a car, the cop dragged mt friend into the police car and brought him to the station, saying my friend threatened to "pop a cap in him" My friend doesn't speak like that, after almost 12 hours of beatings, we got him out of jail, when he went to court, the case was dropped. Do you think anything happened to that cop?
You wonder why you were arrested?

I would have handled it differently now
but, they were in my house. Also didn't know there were laws against foul language used on tresspassers
You can call a cop anything
You can call a cop anything you want. Just as long as your name calling starts with the words, "in my opinion..."
I would also, of course, have plenty of witness's.
Police are civilians also
The only way a police officer can make a charge against another person is as a civilian.

And that this video went public...let it be a warning to us how dangerous those people can be. If this woman had watched videos like this before her arrest, she might have been more wary of him to begin with. I'm not saying all cops are bad, but that you don't want to take your chances.
A cop friend of mine told me a story
Went to a domestic disturbence call (this is where civilians are jacking up or attempting to jack up or sound as if they are jacking each other up -- AND THIS -- happens all the time in America) -- anyway. He shows up and this woman comes running out of the shower as soon as he enters the house (it was 3am).
She's fully naked -- fully wet -- 5'5 130 black hair blue eyes; an adrenaline-jacked model type.
She is not too cute at the moment because she's attacking my friend (the cop) with the fury that only an Irish-Crack-Whore can deliver -- oh, she's a serious exercise junky and was raised by her brothers, whom she fought all the time so she's "bringing it."
He's trying to control her, but she's soapy, game, and been up for three days smokin'.
Finally realizing that he's losing this "don't hurt her control battle" and taking lots of bruises he decides to fight her like a man (albeit a little soapy naked man).
He punches her on the top of her head (un-intentional) and knocks her out -- one blow. Imagine a chaotic-din coming to a sudden hault.
He shatters his fist, for his effort, and loses his career.
When cops go out on work injury they get half-pay for the rest of their life; how many people do you know making tax-free $40,000 per year.
Oh, he can make as much as he wants on the side and none of the "retirement" is touched.
Moral of the story -- Crack Pays
Don't blame cops -- Blame Civilians -- If we were all Cops (Authority) there'd be no need for cops.
If we were all Politicians (Authorities) there'd be no need for Politicians.

and, if i were you, i would spend some time teaching these low life ignorant, donut eating cops that there will be retribution for beating innocent civilians and someday very soon they will be held accountable for their actions...

You can't un-due harm with harm -- it's effect lasts as long as we hold on to it. To "let go" requires control of mental chatter (subconscious) and muscle tension.
Here's a lesson on tension - letting go - "condition black" - adrenal dumping - and emotionalism. This is a one-stop shop lesson and cure.
All emotions register as varied muscular tension, mental chatter, and with a corresponding respiratory rate.
The drugs we take to control these things (every one of them) are muscle relaxers or sleep aids (or both) -- referring to exogenous medications to increase vaso-constrictions.
SO -- If we tool around with controlling the "effects" of emotionalism (as you always display) using drugs then maybe there are methods to control this process "naturally" -- reflexively / meditatively / consciously.
The latter is how I train all 1st Responders and Military personnel -- I recommend you learn it as well.

The courts in every county in every state in the land has a 99.6% conviction rate. How would you define a police state ? You mean to tell me that every time a cop brings someone before a magistrate they're guilty as charged.
Preposterous....Just ridiculous...I challenge you to go to the clerk of the local courthouse and pull all the files containing warrants. Check these for cause...I'll bet that you'll find 99% should be thrown in the trash, they would never hold up under the most basic criminal procedure processes. Crack smokers don't make up many of the hundreds of thousands that willingly pay a fraudulent traffic ticket, just for the sake of paying and avoiding hassle. Most traffic tickets don't pass legal muster. A ticket or citation is essentially an arrest wherein you bonded your person through personal recognizance to appear by signing the ticket. the problem here is only a magistrate may bond according to our state code here in Texas. Chances are the ticket is an on or before, and that again is illegal, what I do is appear the first day (usually 10 days after the ticket was written) ask to see the magistrate, if I cant get an audience I have the clerk time stamp and date the ticket with my signature and I leave as I have appeared. If I do get an audience then I ask to face my accuser, of course he/she isn't there..the only alternative is to dismiss. Vehicular speed laws in Texas are known as prima facia laws or prudent and reasonable. not hard and fast...Of course if your doing 80 in a 20 theres a problem but 75 in a 65 is not....Remember there are exceptions to the rule. If you do not believe that you and I have not financed a police state through ignorance of these things I've described watch this and see where your head is...

I will also disagree with you on the skull defeating the fist every time, simply because there are many weak spots on it, so unless you hit it right on the forehead, or on top of the head, you should be fine (assuming you use your first two knuckles), also since the neck will make sure the head moves when struck there is no way hitting somebody in the head should be able to do the type of damage you are talking about. Furthermore, the only person I know that has broken his hand by hitting someone did it with a ridge hand, and it healed in about eight weeks, bet he could still use it and train with it the whole time. And both my karate teachers have broken their hands before and guess what they healed.

Wraiththirteen: I didn't mean the skull defeats fist comment to be an absolutist statement -- Mas Oyama, one of the 5 legends of karate (in the last century) used to knock-out bulls by punching them on the head.
Wraith -- I've been training Cops and Law Enforcement for nearly 20 years so I will be my own reference. To denounce / dismiss someone on a forum/blog in the way that you did begs the question if you realize this is all anonymous and thus impossible to prove.
