Rumors abound of upcoming political activity to begin by Gary Johnson very soon. As the Obama administration enjoys record low approval ratings, people look forward to 2012. Speculation on potential Republican candidates is ever growing and Gary Johnson is on the minds of many as a potential contender.

Kristofer Lorelli from the popular 2012 candidate tracking website race42008.com says "I have learned that former New Mexico Governor Gary Johnson will be making an announcement in three weeks.".

Paul and Johnson running would not be bad for either of them. A handful of liberty candidates in the early debates would give the message more air time and credibility. Then one by one the weaker candidates can drop out and endorse the leading liberty candidates.
