Hey I read that whole series when I was a kid! It was awesome, I liked it more than Lord of the Rings, but I read it before Tolkien, and I know it was inspired by him, so maybe it tainted the whole process. Still, haven't heard the name of that book in a very very long time

BILL HUNT FOR SHERIFF
Bill Hunt ran against Carona in 2006 and ran on a platform to expose the corrupt Carona administration. He was the chief of police of San Clemente. Bill lost the election by 1% and fell short by 3,440 votes. He had received the endorsement of police, fire, bail association and the people.
He received over 100,000 votes from the citizens of Orange County.
The day after the election Bill was put on Administrative leave for no apparent reason and demoted to patrol by Carona. Bill hunt was forced to retire and start his own business. He was the only one who stood up to Corruption when no one else would.
Instead of the board of supervisors electing Hunt as the interim Sheriff after Carona was indicted on Federal corruption charges. They appointed a deputy from LA with no experience who is encroaching on peoples 2nd amendment rights to own a CCW permit. It gets much uglier than this and this has now become a major battle.
Bill Hunt is a hero in Orange County and needs your support!
