Will Ireland Keep Its Freedom?
Submitted by spacehabitats on Fri, 10/02/2009 - 07:53
The citizens of Ireland vote today on whether their country should ratify the Lisbon Treaty.
They voted "No" last time and were the only hold-outs in the European Union.
The treaty would give up another huge chunk of Irish national sovereignty to the EU and be another milestone in the formation of one world government.
This is critical.
As more of the world's populations are absorbed into these multi-national, regional "unions"; there will be increasing pressure on the U.S. to fall in line.
My prediction?
Ireland will cave in.
Why?
The NWO must not allow any hold-outs.
Freedom is all about choice.
For the NWO to succeed, there must NOT be any choices left.
They will do anything it takes to the Irish into line.

You know what they say...
the Irish are the only people impervious to psycho-analysis. I predict a no vote.
I predict a strong NO vote
but in a year or two they will be voting third time on this.

I predict they won't cave yet
but there will be consequences. They will find themselves economically devastated or targets of suspicion on many fronts. I don't know if they would cave in those circumstances, but, eventually, they will succumb, even if it has to be done by force. Just because the EU can.
Defend Liberty!
You're either
for us or against us.
They better
Or else the anti-Irish propaganda will start in our MSM.
I can hear it now..."Al-Qaeda's new base is in Ireland, so we've got to invade them now, ensure they remain democratic, and cease providing a safe-haven for terrorists"!

My Opinion...
is that they WILL NOT cave, but it will pass. Huh? Remember if they can "fix" elections here in the great USA, they will fix them anywhere to get what they want! Just sayin'
Say YES to Dr. NO
Say YES to Dr. NO
I don't think so
but if they do that there will be a third Ireland
Ireland will not cave to this
They've stalled this for a very long time
They can't even get a treaty signed between the IRA and the Black and Tans without a group splintering and starting a war.

absolutely!
the Irish saved civilization once before (book by thomas cahill and a very interesting and enlightening read...How The Irish Saved Civilization) and it looks as though they are banding together to save it again!
i do worry about "fixed" elections but am pretty sure that the Irish would take to the streets if that happened and expose the whole lot of new world order manipulation...
let's hear it for the Irish!
in their great, and sometimes tragic, history the Irish have been beaten onto the clay before but they have NEVER been beaten into the clay and have always risen to the occasion to control their own destiny...i see that repeating today!

Gee, those pesky Irish
Who cares if the language of the Lisbon Treaty called for it to be nullified if any member state didn't agree, right? The EU will just continue to push their agenda on the serfs as they please. After all, those are the EU's rules, and the EU gets to declare whatever it wants and the serfs will obey. Or else.
***oh and BTW... the Irish people were certainly smart enough to tell the EU where to stick it's treaty the last time...lets hope they're not voting on Diebold this time.
Could be, but I don't think so.
Ireland has been, for the past decade, an emerging nation. The days of dirty oul Dublin are gone, and a sparkling new city has risen from the bogs. With it comes a sense of renewal, of power and self-determination - something which has not been seen for a long time.
Whether the Irish will cave to Brussel's arm-twisting is to be seen. But dear God I hope they say No. Loudly and with fervor.
No they won't....
They're Irish - much smarter and wittier than you give them credit for.
