More than 10% typically means one is having a brain seizure.
Thinking 100% should be preferred to the normal 10% is like saying "this city is dysfunctional; its inhabitants aren't perpetually driving".

Stepping back and going over Collier's many talks, he always claims to have repeatedly been peacefully (and educationally!) contacted and brought aboard alien ships. Why, in the past two decades of this supposedly happening (ignoring the five year stint where he and they had a tiff), has he not, as Neil de Grasse Tyson suggests, stuck his hand out and brought a single thing back? Because everything is "holographic"? Vissaus and Morine being so wise, why haven't they given him any evidence to lend even the most subtle hint of credibility to his talks? Why has Collier resorted to giving his talk with ramtha cults and project camelot-eers?
