I need help getting out of the forced flu shot for ny healthcare workers

i already talked to my dr and he said he would have no problem giving me a medical excemption to the vaccine but he said the ny state dept of health will require an allergist to sign additional papers stating that you are allergic to eggs.s that wont work. I am not allergic to eggs but will lie to get out of it. I am sure I am allergic to formaldehyde,aliminum and thiomersal(mercury). It seems ny is on the front line of this. I am single and will move out of the state if needed,but who is to say that other states wont follow ny. Does anyone have any advice or forms that will help me fight this battle?

Your union should tell them all to shut up, because you will not suffer this imposition. Go on strike if they want to try it.
If you won't hang together to prevent such abuses, you should quit or suffer the indignity of being subhuman, I guess.
I am a physician, and find this situation intolerable.

to hear that this is hitting you too. I spoke to my mom last night and she also said that her only choice is to take it. She said the majority of the workers are thinking nothing of it and look at you as if you're crazy if you don't want to be a guinea pig. She said they are not even seeing cases of it in her area and they weren't even testing people for it when they came in with the flu, they just treated it as a normal flu. It's dangerous for people who are weak in some way but so is a cold. This is one more huge step toward control of your body, your care, and soon your life.
In my opinion, this is about as bad as it gets. BUT.......it can get much worse and it WILL get worse.

I don't know if it will work, but it was a legal document that is to be filed with a Federal judge, seeking injunctive relief against an injection that has not been tested or approved by the FDA.
Maybe someone will post it. I thought I had bookmarked it, but apparently not.
I have no idea if the injunction will prove to be effective, but it's worth a shot..!
I will fight it.

He should be able to exempt himself for just about any reason. An employer that requires its employees to get a shot against their will and better judgement is liable if those employees suffer any adverse reactions, and all he should need to do is call them on it.

How do you know?
The state of New York allows religious exemptions. Has your employer specifically told anyone they won't accept a religious exemption? I'm not sure they're allowed to do that, and it might be worth doing some research into the legality of it all.
Doctor - patient relationship is private.
You go into the exam room with only your doctor and the vaccine. He destroys that dose and notes in your chart that it was used. It is noted that you received the dose, which was really not injected only discarded.
What happened in that room in between you and your doctor....private.
He signs forms and you pay, leave and turn form into your employer, after you make about 10 copies. Everyone is happy.

You don't have to be religious
to file a religious exemption. You said you were willing to say you're allergic to eggs when you're not, why not claim to be religious, even if you aren't? Of course, if you have a history of Guillain-Barre, your doctor should be able to medically exempt you for that.
Most of the healthcare workers will take the vaccine
to keep their jobs. A good number of them think a religious excuse will get them out of it.I xeroxed a few 100 flyers listing the toxic ingredients in the vaccine. I also helped out the homeless community by giving 2 homelss guys $5 each to blanket the entire neighborhood with these flyers. there were protest last week in albany but I havnt heard any latest devolpments.
