Who has bought silver lately, and who did you buy it from? Were you happy with the vendor? Who to avoid? What's best to buy, coins, bars, stocks, or what?
I realize this has been asked before, but an update would be appreciated!

CIGA JB Slear has reported that there are some undo delays in getting deliveries from certain Comex warehouse sources.
He should know because he is the "real stuff" delivery man.
November could be a trying month for the exchange. It would seem logical that if you intend to take delivery early is better than later.
You can do a reverse spread into the delivery month.

If you got enough money,
I say Tulving is a good place. Silver Eagles spot +$1.89 per coin. - $1,000.00 face value junk sales at spot. - 50 cent halves 39 cents over spot. The only problem is they have a 500oz minimum.
where ever you get it.. buy
where ever you get it.. buy lots!

Buy junk silver
A few good dealers on eBay, you can get the silver for a lot lower premium (<$1 oz) on there then anywhere else.

i would say buy local
not only are you helping the local economy, but you are building a relationship with the guy who you would most need.
if that doesn't work for you then i've ordered from both apmex and nwtmint. check the sales on both of their sites frequently.
Local
Go to your local dealer or find a good dealer at local flea markets. I became good friends with the local guy at the flea market and every sunday he will call me first to offload his weelend take.
Local, Cash only
Here is a Lew Rockwell interview where Burton S. Blumert gives a lot of good advice on buying gold and silver.

Cash and Carry only.
The best place is a store where you walk in with FRNs and walk out with AU or AG.
I don't like wiring money to anyone.
Kitco SUCKS. I received a shipment UNINSURED!!!
Camino is good if you must absolutely wire money.

I just bought a Ron Paul silver dollar for $50 I know that it was expensive but it is my Birthday.
Happy Birthday!
I hope it's a good one......
I am awaiting a settlement for an accident, and am buying silver coins as well. Hope to get some commemoratives as well.

your local coin dealer
would probably be your best bet. At least check them out. BTW there is NO SALES TAX on all gold and silver bullion transactions. Anyone who says different is trying to rip you off.

The real menace of our republic is this invisible government which like a giant octopus sprawls its slimy length over city, state and nation. Like the octopus of real life, it operates under cover of a self created screen....At the head of this octopus are the Rockefeller Standard Oil interests and a small group of powerful banking houses generally referred to as international bankers. The little coterie of powerful international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes. They practically control both political parties.
These international bankers and Rockefeller-Standard Oil interests control the majority of the newspapers and magazines in this country. They use the columns of these papers to club into submission or drive out of office public officials who refuse to do the bidding of the powerful corrupt cliques which compose the invisible government. It operates under cover of a self-created screen [and] seizes our executive officers, legislative bodies, schools, courts, newspapers and every agency created for the public protection.

APMEX.COM - hands down the best in my experience and lowest premiums i've ever come across online.
I shopped around and
settled on gainesvillecoins.com. I felt a little guilty for not buying from one of the sponsors at the Seattle Regional C4L Conference, but the savings was significant. Easy bank wire transaction and fast, secure delivery. Also, nice website with 24/7 live quotes. They may or may not be the absolute lowest so do your homework.
