100% reaction rate to seasonal flu shot (unofficially)

I have a friend who works in a health clinic, and last week the boss came around with waivers and shots and got nearly everyone to take the shot. NONE of them reported any side effects, but every single one confided in my friend what they were going through. (It is a small office, and everyone knew she had refused it so I guess they thought she would be sympathetic... Not so much, as she has been telling them for a month to say "NO!")

Every one of them felt sick the next day, one had a rash from her arm across her chest, one has arm and shoulder pain so severe she may go to a doctor today. It is only a handful of people, but still... 100% reaction rate going 100% unreported... think about that.
