Petition from Right to Work Legal Defense

First if this has been posted by someone else, accept my apologies.
I got this mailing from a Senator David Vitter from LA. I am pretty selective in regards to petitions etc., and tend to ignore anything that isn't brought up here or through C4L, but this got a little bit of my interest. Being that DP people are the most knowledge on politics, anyone here familar with this supposed Right to Work Legal Defense Foundation and this petition, or have you got this in the mail? I really need to re-register and get out of the Republican party, they send so much junk. They are a weird bunch.
