The above photo was submitted by an active duty Oath Keeper in Mosul Iraq, sporting an Oath Keepers tab. As his other tab and patch make clear, he is also a “Three Percenter.” (see below)

The photo was also posted over at the Sipsey Street Irregulars blog with this message:

Just thought the WRSA [Western Rifle Shooters Association] and the Sipsey Street boys might like to see what we are wearing while over here in Iraq. We . . . know what the deal is, and when the time comes (which it will), we know where we stand and continue to make preparations for it.

Keep up the good work!

Regards from Mosul,
K7C

All I can say to that is Hooah! Thank you for your service, K7C, and for stepping up. Give our best regards to your brothers in arms, and let them know we have your six back home. If any of you need anything at all, from socks to helmets, to body armor, just ask and it will be provided. We need you to stay safe and come home healthy.

Oath Keepers here stateside, let your brothers on active duty in Iraq know how you feel. They do come here to read comments, count on that.

Note that the tab in the photo is not the same tab we sell here on our site (which is more of a police style tab). We are having military ACU style tabs with velcro made up, but they are not yet finished. That means the troops are having their own Oath Keeper tabs made up! And no, we did not put them up to it. They are doing this on their own initiative.

So take heart! The message of the oath and its obligations is spreading, and the Guardians of the Republic are listening and responding. And every time you act to spread the message, by whatever means, you cannot know what impact you will have, or how far it will reach. That’s why it’s so crucial that we each do what we can to reach, teach, and inspire as many active duty as possible about their obligation to defend the Constitution and their duty to refuse unlawful orders that would violate the rights of their fellow Americans.

Awesome!

Though I'm curious how long they will get away with wearing those.

I love that our guys are

I love that our guys are truly OUR guys. May the Oathkeepers grow by leaps and bounds. I wonder, though, how many of our military men have read the Constitution. They are all so young and today the schools teach the New World Order.

Couldn't we start some type of Pocket Constitution campaign? Around this time of year, people start sending packages to the military. Couldn't we do the same? Maybe Pocket Constitutions and some Oathkeeper literature with some DVDs and other daily necessities?

We are strong in our activism. Each one of us is doing all we can to advance the cause of liberty. Imagine spreading that message to our military men, through gifts that will not only help them, but will also help us. We could reach so many this way.

Wear those patches PROUDLY

We're gaining momentum daily!!!

If they were..."oath keepers"

....they wouldn't be in an undeclared, unConstitutional war.

Wrong

That's about as asinine as saying that if you were an "oath keeper" you wouldn't be a citizen of an unconstitutional country led by unconstitutional presidents and congress.

Ron Paul's Convention Speech

I don't take oaths. My yes means yes and my no means no.

I'm not a U.S. citizen/goyim/chattel property/consumer/coward/human resource/slave/institutional unit/collateral on the international debt of an unconstitutional country led by a unconstitutional president and congress. I'm an American National and have the paperwork to prove it. I support our troops by gently reminding them that they provide for the common defense of THIS country and not operate as mercenaries on behalf of the international oil and banking cartels. As the "unconstitutional congress" has never declared war there is no war, just a bloody and expensive expropriation implemented for the interests of a few very wealthy warlords: Rothschild, Rockefeller, DuPont, etc.

I'm an Oath Keeper and I've

I'm an Oath Keeper and I've done 2 tours. Have you ever considered extenuating circumstances? Maybe not hearing of Oath Keepers until after being there.Or not having the resources to refuse deployment.I'm getting out of the military because of all of this, but you can't condemn people without knowing every possible bit of information about them.

Logic.... before you get out

Logic.... before you get out try to educate as many in your platoon etc. get them to watch freedom to fascism. etc... at some point the military will be used against its own people..

Been working on it for the past 2 years, and will continue to do so until the day I leave. After that I will be free to do even more, which I am thoroughly excited about.

Good for you!

I'm more than happy to tell you that I can appreciate the situation you found yourself in once you came to realize what was going on.

Good for you! You'll receive no condemnation from me for realizing the truth and taking steps to uphold your oath with honor from that point forward.

what do you mean?

RS is Right.

black and white thinking is

black and white thinking is for neocon and neolib sheep.

you're wrong.

No he was right,

There were many times in my life I could have joined the military. Many times in my life I was down and out, and could have used the benefits. At times my financial situation was bleak and I needed insurance and the free schooling sounded good. But, I understood that joining would probably put me at greater risk for having to kill someone in the near future. That was something I wasn't willing to do for money or a brighter future.

Where would these devils be, if everyone said NO to force?

they would always find people willing to kill others

listen - To carry a gun against other human beings was something I would never do myself - but we are all in the world-prison....

soldiers joined army for different reasons - why attack them?
when SHTF it will be them who will either rescue us from total tyranny or help the tyrants in their evil...

This is very positive

Great post LL-Brightened my day, same for those I have told.

I hope this idea/commitment spreads rapidly throughout our military, especially among the point of spear, comm, logistics and personnel gys/gls.

I would like to believe PTB propaganda re: returning combat troops="terrorists" is due to their knowledge this type of thing is a growing trend.

The OK site mentioned they were sending info care packages overseas. It would be great if those packages included SD Butlers "War is a Racket" and a condensed version of "Creature..."/similar. Wonder how the top level commanders/civilian leadership would react to reports the troops are reading Butlers book!

"You are a den of vipers and thieves."

I mean to rout you out!

-Just because you are among us, does not make you with us

-The door is wide open, anything can slither in

Thanks patriot

so much positive feedback!...

Our worry

isn't our troops it's the private police forces who employ mercenaries from around the world.

when i was deployed there

when i was deployed there was a place you could get any patch you wanted made, i'm sure this came from something similar, I got a "chairborn" patch and my friend got "beaner" haha

This summer I went to a drag race.

There was a recruiting booth next to the food booths,so of course I had to stop and ask the question of 6 or 7 men in uniform---If our government becomes tyranical, which it is,who's side will you all be on.They all said
they would protect we the people. One guy said "we're not robots"!

Here is my question and concern.

Figures are difficult to confirm accuracy, but the best I can figure is this:

1,445,000 active duty military with just over 500k of them deployed outside the U.S. including 90k at sea. This does not include the possibility of another 40k going to the ME.

If the country was locked down today, how do these 500k get home to protect the people? Is the US government going to send them home to protect the people?

They may not be robots, but they don't provide any protection thousands of miles away.

Love the ? after robots.

So was the guy sure he wasn't a robot?

Guys in the military have to follow orders, and the CO's need to make sure their troops follow them. They can dummy up any kind of excuse: these people are terrorists, masquerading as ordinary civilians.

That would work.
