Why all the ?'s about "eligibility?

We had some really great math threads on here the past week. I have two questions for those math “experts”.

1. What is the year of birth being claimed by the ‘Obomination’ ?

2. What year did, Hawaii, join the union?

trying to get Jindal to run. He was born to two Indian parents , both on STUDENT VISAS. A Visa is a declaration that you completely hold to citizenship and return of one country while visiting another country for work or study.

Parentage has to do with naturalization laws - not natural born.

If you are NOT born in one of the States, THEN your parentage is an issue.

Except Obama's father was never a US Citizen

So Obama is ineligible do to having dual citizenship at birth, location is irrelevant.

There's a lot of unanswered questions.
Most here like to see The Constitution followed and it says you must be a "Natural Born" Citizen to be President. There are a few possible ways he could be ineligible, any one of them would be enough to get him out of office if proven true.

Not "Natural Born" if...
Born in Kenya?
Father was British Subject.
Lost U.S. Citizenship when adopted to Indonesia.
and ???

There are a few lawyers working on court cases etc. to get definitive answers. Not much for anyone else to do but cheer them on and keep it in the public eye.

It's a long-shot hail mary if the powers that be will let the info out and act on it. It doesn't take a lot to press the issue and the payoff could be huge,

I don't see how it helps us. For one he is just a talking head for the NWO just like bush was. If he goes another talking head Biden will take his place.
All it seems to me that will be accomplished is that those who support him are going to be pissed and not take it laying down. The military will be forced to choose sides and some of the generals and cia may even be NWO infiltrators steering the direction of loyalty. The only people this helps is the NWO they get their civil war, they get their martial law, they get to put in place the government they want and the Constitution has been successfully abolished completely. It is a win win for the New World Order and we get busted. Just my two cents.

I have to disagree

In order to end this march to a complete loss of sovereignty and financial ruin, we must reveal the truth and follow the remedies allowed in Constitution. This is "the leader" of our country and if he is ineligible, we deserve to know the truth. As his employer, if he is not legitimate, we need him removed. If this can be accomplished in the courts with any accomplices he has had to get him into the WH by ignoring proper vetting, we can hope he will be forced out in disgrace...that would be very helpful.

Yes, there might be consequences, but look at the consequences of a continuing Obama administration based upon everything which has arleady happened in a very short time frame. If there is a crook in your house, do you let him rob you blind, or do you take care of business. Bottomline is do we allow a possible usurper, a possible Manchurian candidate if you will (I mean, really who is this man?) beat us into the corner in fear? Do we give up? In history, many is the time where peole have said "if only, if only we had acted, or if only we had known." Well, let's find out and make it right.

I think the pencil pusher military, the Pentagon types, will be on the side of the current government, just guessing here obviously. It would appear to me the true men and women in boots have been angered and disillusioned by the current situation and will be the Oath Keepers for real. There is not much of the Constitution left at this point, we need to step up, not back down. Just my two cents.

I didn't see a translation of the article with the picture . . . so for those that can't read Spanish, this is what it says, roughly:

"The international news agencies just recently discovered a photo of Francisco Cundo in the park, La Libertad, in the city of Sagua la Grande. His uncanny resemblance to Senator Obama in the photo lends credibility to a report that appeared recently on the internet that speculates the possiblility that Senator Obama has roots in this city in the north of Cuba.

A number of citizens interviewed by the news agencies affirm that the Cundo family, cobblers, and that essentially one of them, tentatively identified as Francisco, had an affair with a Communist-American woman, who was a member of a work brigade volunteering on the island at the beginning of the 60's.

Francisco, who lives in Villa de Undoso, has said that he hopes the Senator from Illinois will announce that he will be able to come to the victory celebration for his son."

On a personal thought shared by many others...

I think the Hawaii Date of Statehood is irrelevant. I am of the belief now that you get Natural Born Citizen status via your parents - not the location of your birth. The constitution and documents from the founding of the US back this up in my opinon.

Since Obamas parents were both 100 pct US citizens he is Natural born citizen and eligible to be president - plus he has a Nobel Peace Prize – It was in the manger during his birth.

Also Obama has a special computer laser printed birth certificate from Hawaii. A lot of people do not know that Microsoft first released Dos61 in Hawaii for Hospital use in 1961. HP also gave the hospitals its new laser printers that they had just invented. Also the military because of Pearl Harbor security and the escalating war in Vietnam had just come out with a digital signature standard that doctors used during the birth certificate verification process. That is why he has the 100 pct authentic green laser printed birth certificate without a doctors visible signature. This 1961 laser printed birth certificate also means he gets to be president – he is special.
I was born a few months after Obama in the same hospital as him but I only got a manual birth certificate so I do not get to be president like him. Mine looks like these…

Could you elaborate on the direction you were going about the date however- all you whacked out birthers have strange ideas.

(Since they used the 1974 TCP/IP protocol for his original green laser printed birth certificate they are going to reply the tapes someday and prove the birthers wrong with the original form data from 1961.)

WHERE you were born. If he was not born in one of the States of the Union, then he is not a natural born citizen. Any law which would treat him as such is a law under the power of Congress to "establish an uniform rule of naturalization" which would mean he is a "naturalized" and not a "natural born" citizen.

McCain likewise is a "naturalized" citizen. He was not born in one of the States.

I have come to the opinon that the (Born On Us Soil) part is not relavent as it pertains to the original constitution.

Allthough congress may have implied the born here requirement after the original constituion was enacted.

when You are born abroad to US citizen parents You still have to go through a legal process.

Same thing when Your parents are not US citizens, but You are born here.
You are citizen through a certain law.

A natural born citizen does not need that.

Territorial jurisdiction is the most basic of jurisdiction types and so location of birth is an essential element.

It is my understanding that parentage was irrelevant. Location was the only stipulation.

Parentage is only relevant if the location is NOT one of the States, and this only so the child can be naturalized by virtue of a previous act of Congress.

NBC does not require an act of Congress, the FACT of the location of birth establishes jurisdiction.

Why I start to doubt LOCATION argument.

(I always assumed the Location argument as you put forth is correct, until recently.)

I now think that in the framers mind at the time of the constitutions writing that they thought location was not relavent.

That they litteraly thought of this scenario:

Two Romans go to Judea in the 1AD and and have a boy in Judea. The kid is a roman citizen and the local jurisdiction [Judea] has no citizenship claim by decree.

The issue in the founders time was two British subjects go to [insert location here] and have a boy. The boy is a british subject and the local government has no immediate citizenship claim that supercedes the crowns.

My starting point is that in the founders mind this was so obvious to themselves that it required no clarification. If I ever get the nerve to write a paper on this subject I am going to title it

I too have started some research because this question needs to be settled.

I'm going to start with a work entitled the "Law of Nations" which is a sepecific compendium of treaties, laws, agreements, dicta etc. sort of like a law dictionary which the founders were using. The rules for citizenship there should spell out what they meant when they used the phrase "natural born."

If anything though, it is BOTH location and parentage rather than just parentage.

The converse of your situation would also not be agreed to by the founders:

Two U.S. citizens have a son abroad and raise him there or leave him with relatives to raise. He then returns after age 21 to run for president by age 35. (14 year residency requirement) I seriously doubt the founders would consider him eligible.
