Palin, GOP Wild Card

Are they going to have to invent one for 9-12 candidates?

And watch your country slide further down the toilet. How many election cycles does it take before people figure out it's a complete waste of time? I met an 83 year old guy the other day who thinks if we get the democrats out, things will finally get better. I asked him how many times he's said that in his almost 60 years of voting, he said "a lot". I asked if anything had ever improved, he said "no". But THIS year is different, right? We live in a nation of retarded 6 year olds.

I do not expect to vote in any future "Election Shows." I cast my vote at the Continental Congress 2009 elections, but I am in the process of doing what I believe is TRUE and RIGHT, and claiming the rights and responsibilities that are mine by virtue of being here.
I have withdrawn consent emotionally, and will do all I can to make it official. I do not support their empire building activities, I do not support the corporate silent coup they have pulled off, the "election" that put this president in office was invalid in so many ways it boggles the mind (and provides built in plausible deniability, even though it is true,) I do not believe the IRS has the right to a portion of the fruits of my labor, the list goes on and on. The UCC thing may be "wrong" in some details but the underlying premise is true. I am a sovereign, no one has any power to govern over me until I consent. If by some deed I have unknowingly consented to give permission to the people in position of power to govern over me I bear some responsibility for their behavior. The RIGHT thing for me to do is withdraw consent, and withdraw from their economy to the best of my ability. This process may get me thrown in jail, but then, my "RON PAUL" bumper sticker might get me thrown in jail, too.
What do you believe is true? Who has the right to govern over you, and how did they obtain that power? Are they doing what you want done? Is there a way to take back your power, or do you have no power that is inherentlky yours?

Only the neo-con Baggers will support Palin....dim wits that they are. She only stands for more big "neo-con" govt. more worship of the military and more of the "war on terrorism" (whatever that is). Other than a few cutsey expressions about family, life....she's never said anything that would give you an idea of her thoughts on sound money, free markets, limited govt.

Palin has one big flaw- Levi Johnston. If that kid writes a book and it's marketed at the right time.....he'll be very rich and she'll be a non-viable candidate for anything other than snowmobile queen. I might be wrong about the moral and family issues of the Alaskan ex-governoress as most people seem to be accepting these days of candidates with a family story that belongs on Jerry Springer.

But maybe they are. When I saw her interview with Katie Couric on CBS, I though, "Yikes, this woman could use a few more brain cells!" And yet, she is attractive, and her recent speech in Europe turned heads.

It all depends on two things: How quickly she can come up to speed on issues, and if she can take a good (libertarian) position and articulate it clearly without making any more gaffes.
