Echelon makes a very good point. How many times have they....
said the very same thing and then continued with their plan anyway. We should wait and see before letting our guard down.
Example: Has anyone heard of the "Ports-to-Plains Corridor?" No?
Well how about the "Trans-Texas Corridor." We stopped that did we? With a name change and a little time, it goes on as planned.

The prison still exists and some security company will run it
Echelon makes a very good point, I agree. And I appreciate his saying that this problem has been going on for years. That's a fact, which is why the I didn't innitially understand the excitment over Hardin. Join the crowd.. and what I mean by that is the fact the USA has been building more prisons than universities to the point of having more prisons per capita than any nation on the planet. The prisons are over crowded and riots, which are many, are beyond the populations concern because people FEAR authority, and rightly so, because all this denile.
And you make a good point about the TTC, when I read about the secessions of TX and OK and the fights going on the border states to the northern plains, I see how our government and corporations intend to ceed realestate to China.
WE ARE GOING TO WIN!

The plug is not pulled
Only moved to a different outlet. This APF connection is a lot deeper than most here have discovered. I have to be careful about what is posted publicly here, but will be working on it with certain individuals here soon. For now just know that APF is not gone.
uhh...
Did you intend to sound so alarming in that comment? Anything you can share with us? Is the dailypaul community specifically in danger because of APF posts?
If everyone is thinking alike, then somebody isn't thinking. - George S. Patton
I did not, but you seem easily alarmed :-)
Yes, there are things that I can share, but I have to be careful how I do so out of promise of discretion to my sources, and am also awaiting more information from those sources. I realize that citing info and refusing to cite sources will not (and should not) fly here, and I cannot cite sources at present. Make of that what you will and dismiss it as you must. All I can tell you immediately is that I've been discussing APF for some time now with close friends of mine who are trusted patriots and also happen to be high-ranking officials in specialized law enforcement and foreign matters.
What I can tell you at this minute is that APF is a coat of many colors and is by no means confined to the little town of Hardin. APF and its sister companies are well-known in government, but are not registered in any government database. APF has strong implicating connections to Serbia – and some of the same connections by which Serbian troops are now being trained on our own soil to conduct house-to-house contraband searches and to assist in times of civil unrest and/or emergency. The double-eagle insignia that they use, over which there was much discussion here on DP, is the crest of the Serbian royal dynasty (Prince Aleksandar Karageorgevich, in particular).
The plug on the Hardin jail contract has been pulled, but APF has its prongs in many other outlets. APF still drives around Hardin in black GMC Yukons and Suburbans adorned with “Hardin Police Department” decals, as well as the double-eagle insignia, on their vehicles, despite the fact that THERE IS NO HARDIN POLICE DEPARTMENT. Hardin has historically relied on the Big Horn County Sheriff's Department for patrols and policing for lack of a city police department. With NO CONTRACT and no formal granted authority whatsoever, APF remains in Hardin, impersonating police officers and making arrests. This is STILL HAPPENING, irrespective of the detention center contract, and it's happening in more places than just Hardin, under many other guises.
You can research this on your own and I suggest that you do. That's all I'm willing to interject at present. More later.
It was a shallow scam
And there is no depth to this so-called group.
They messed up due to a common mistake that Narcissistic criminals make. Which is they thought they were smarter than everyone else.
ooops.

It's only one of many groups
with the same foreign connections, and APF is still present in Hardin, posing as police.
This APF issue should continue to be closely watched. I'm not trying to take the wind out of anyone's sails, but we should not turn a blind eye just because Hardin says, “Okay, you win – contract pulled.” Word of warning.
Other groups may try to pull a similar con
But it will be a while. Too much light on the facade called APF.

Too much light on the jail contract, specifically
But this has not changed the fact that they are still making arrests as “Hardin Police.”
And other groups ARE doing it, and have been for years, under the radar – many of them funded by the same money as APF.
Who is making arrests?
There was no Hardin force.
Are you talking about county, or state?

Right - there was no Hardin force... before APF
Look here closely.
Most areas have both city police departments and county police (sheriff's departments) – each with their own jurisdictional boundaries, which sometimes intersect somewhat.
Hardin has no city police department of its own, so it historically relied on the Big Horn County Sheriff's Department for patrols and enforcement. Big Horn County Sheriff's Department is no longer policing Hardin. The lack of a city police department has been filled by APF, without any kind of formal contract or authority given to APF as city police. They (APF) drive around, policing Hardin, in APF-owned vehicles which are marked, “Hardin Police Department” (an agency which does not exist, has no elected or authoritative officials and is completely off-record as far as any government databases are concerned). This actually started before the jail contract and continues now that the jail contract has been pulled. APF assumed police powers, as city police, in Hardin based on the promise that it would fulfill the jail contract, but assumed police duties well before the jail contract, and currently maintains those duties, despite the jail contract having been canceled. There is not (and has not ever been) a contract related to APF's police/patrol duties, which are separate from the jail engagement. The jail and the police duties are two separate fronts, although connected by synergy. APF essentially said, “Hey, we can run this jail for you if you'll give us a contract to do so. We can also fill this jail for you if you'll let us police your town and make arrests.” Hardin said, in essence, “Go for it! Go ahead and start policing and we'll work on the jail contract.” Now that the jail contract has bombed out, Hardin has not said, “Okay, well, the jail contract fell through so you can stop policing now. Please remove the 'Hardin Police Department' decals from your vehicles, stop policing and leave our town.” So, in addition to the jail contract, Hardin was, and IS, being policed by an unregistered, non-authoritative, private mercenary group – but the policing aspect comes with no contract ever having been attached. I hope that makes sense. I don't know how to state it any more basically.
And, again, Hardin is not the only place where such scenarios are taking place, and APF is not the only title under which the scenarios are occurring. APF is the only one that has been exposed to date.
Also, as APF seemingly has direct connections to Xe/Blackwater (both APF and Xe claim to run the same “U.S. Training Center” at the same address), some of you might find this video entertaining. Information related to the U.S. Training Center has been removed from APF's web site subsequent to October 1, however.
Just know that it is unwise to assume that the APF chapter is completely closed.
