A Republic is Born! Assembly Now Forming.
Friends,
As many of you know the entities now purporting to be the government are nothing but private corporations acting de facto under color of law ( proof available for those unaware). We because of our ignorance of this fact have thought we were obligated to obey their corporate statutes when we are only obligated to the Constitution and common law.
A group of Assemblies have formed across the country and are prepared to default the US corporation with a lawful process and restore the republic and all of the property and assets of the American people. If you go to the site linked below you can get more details on this. However this is serious business and we need support across the country from the various assemblies. Those assembled thus far have appointed officers of the Republic so the military can lawfully support them (more details on the site below).
We have all done many things to fight for our freedoms and a return to are true republican form of government. However it seems for all our activism we are mostly beating our heads against a wall.
In light of the seeming wall we keep hitting the only way we can bring forth the true republic is as an assembly of the people to reform our true government. Assemblies have formed and are now forming across the country to assert their rights to a republican form of government which is really what freedom is all about. If as the declaration of Independence declares governments just powers are derived from the consent of the people then the people have the right to form the government of their choice! Is this not the essence of freedom?
This is it folks, if you're tired of all your efforts accomplishing very little then join with us form an Assembly in your area or state and move forward in restoring the republic! We can do this folks there is strength in numbers and people are angry and looking for solutions many will join us.
Lots of us have talked glorified and idolized our founding fathers and the courage they had to fight tyranny. It is time for us to find our courage. We seek a peaceful transition and wish to harm no one! However this process will cut off the money hose they have used for all their corruption and mischief.
Would you sign the Declaration of Independence as our founding fathers did? This is the courage and fortitude we need to restore the republic today! We can't continue the status quo and hope things will change on their own. The marches and protests etc have put them on notice the people are fed up. Now it's time to take some serious lawful action to make the necessary changes.
So in now forming an assembly of the people, how do we do that? The answer is anyway we like since we are the people and have the right! Having said that there is a website that has been put together that we can use as a guide to help us form our Assembly. We can do it however we like but this site will give us ideas etc. Several of the Assemblies are already formed and there is a weekly conference call and a link to all the previous calls that got this started. The site is: http://www.oursammie.net (the Oct 1s conference call gives the details about defaulting the US corporation) it is also a coordinating site for all the assemblies to work together to restore the republic. Also there is an Urgent Notice at the top of the home page with a link in it that is a rough draft of the declaration and the avermant process that will be used to default the US Corporation.
This may seem a bit overwhelming or even impossible to some however we can do this! We have a right as a free people to do it and we must not let our fears and the status quo hinder our efforts any more. It is time to step up and be a part of something greater. Let it not be said the no one dared and that no one put forth the effort to restore the true republic. What kind of world do we want to leave the next generation? If not us then who? If not now then when? We are the people we have been waiting for! We will have challenges but we can overcome them! Please forward this to all freedom lovers.

The continental congress is
The continental congress is just another protest with not much no teeth at this point. This is a lawful process that will bring an action against the United States Corporations and has some teeth.
The continental congress could do something great if they got on board with this as we need officials of the republic. if the CC wants to turn their efforts into something that could actually restore the republic they need to look into doing this.

The third party defendants have 30 days to cure their dishonor by complying with the following terms and conditions:

All sources of wealth and credit in ownership and or control of the UNITED STATES, including but not limited to all CAFR funds, properties, real estate, public lands and infrastructure, seaports, highways, power plants, energy sources, arms, munitions, ordinance, vehicles, aircraft, warehouses, storage facilities, underground facilities, food sources, medical supplies, certificates of deposit, reserve funds, stocks, bonds, investment portfolios, retirement funds, slush funds, ************, or any other types of funds, or anything of value, foreign or domestic will be relinquished to the Treasury of the Republic of the "united States of America". This process will begin as of the first day of default and will be completed within 90 days. Any officer, representative, or agent of the corporation "UNITED STATES" that resists this action will be arrested and tried for Inland Piracy and High Treason against We the People. Sentence will be carried out according to rules of common law.
CONDITION 3:
The Federal Reserve will be closed and all assets will be remanded to the treasury of the Republic of the "united States of America." Reassignment of debt/wealth. This will include but is not limited to all holdings, real estate, lands, properties, silver and gold of any type, all precious metals, all cash on hand, all stocks, bonds, investments, ************ or anything of value that is owned or under the control of the Federal Reserve and its board and members. The assets of the Federal Reserve and all prior and current members and participants of the Federal Reserve will be frozen and confiscation will begin upon assets on the first day of default. All past and present participants and members of the Federal Reserve will have 30 days to exit the country. All assets must be surrendered to the Republic Treasury of the "united States of America" prior to exiting the country of America. Any member or Participant of the Federal Reserve who fails to exit the country within 30 days will be arrested and tried for Inland Piracy and High Treason against We the People. Sentence will be carried out according to rules of common law.
CONDITION 4:
The United States military will be restored to its former Glory, Dignity, Authority, and Respect. Searving a People who fear the Almighty. It is time that the elected officials assisted the generals of the military and stopped trying to tell them how to run a war by politics. We have the best trained military leaders in the world and they should be free to operate the military without help of politicians. OREDERS OF THE CIVIL GOVT PEOPLE. Our military has been routinely used and abused by the corporation UNITED STATES. The US Military has been downsized, benefits reduced or completely denied, health care that was promised by contract has been completely denied, they work for salaries that we should be ashamed of as Americans, they have been deployed, deprived of every possible benefit, sent all over the world without proper food, ammunition, support, medical attention, housing, and their families have been deprived of basic needs. Members of congress have even spoken about cutting more benefits and all the while these men and women fight and die for the very freedoms of the low life politicians who deprive them. We the People of the "united States of America" make a solemn pledge that our military will have our total support and respect. No longer will they or their families be denied things they need. This is a shame and disgrace on the American People and we intend to right these wrongs. We only ask that the men and women of the military stand and keep their oath they swore to uphold the Constitution for the "united States of America" against enemies foreign and domestic. We the People of the Republic of the "united States of America" also pledge to keep our commitment to our military that serve and protect America. We the People are requesting that the United States Military return to the task of protecting Americans as has been their proud heritage for many generations. We are fighting the new world order and the Republic Government needs the protection of our Military men and women. Any and all officers and members of the military who wish to represent the New World Order government will be forced to exit the country within 30 days. If they refuse they will be tried in a military court and the appropriate sentence will be carried out as prescribed by our military leaders. We the People will back our commanders in their decisions for punishment.
CONDITION 5:
All positions of the congress of the UNITED STATES corporation will cease operations within 30 days. All positions within the UNITED STATES corporation will be terminated. All members of congress will be allowed to exit the country of America peacefully for 90 days. We do concede that there are some members of congress who did stand for We the People and these honorable men and women will be protected and allowed to stay in America if they are not members of the BAR. All BAR members will exit the country of America. Determinations will be made by examination of their voting records back room dealing, personal gain and unjust enrichments, stoping the FRS… . All government operations will be taken over by the servants within Republic government immediately after the first day of default. Any officer, agent, politician, representative, or elected official that interferes will be arrested and tried for High Treason and Inland Piracy. Sentence will be carried out according to the rules of common law.
CONDITION 6:
Int4ernational, world banks, queenee, 13 families All funds, assets, wealth, holdings, properties, real estate, land, buildings, investments, precious metals, gold and silver of any type, stocks, bonds, securities, *********** of the INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND, WORLD BANK, BANK OF ENGLAND, THE ROYAL FAMILY OF ENGLAND, FEDERAL RESREVE, INTERNAL REVENUE, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY, UNITED STATES SHIPPING BOARD, HOMELAND SECURITY, FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, UNITED STATES, SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION, HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, SALLY MAE, JENNIE MAE, UNITED STATES POST OFFICE, any funds or anything of value that are held by these or any other agency, trade platform, country, bank, financial institution, trust, business, or any such thing, will be frozen upon the first day of default of this counterclaim. This freeze of funds will make all funding to these persons, agencies, or entities unavailable until the determination has been made whether these agencies have committed any injury to We the People of the "united States of America." This freeze will remain until the claim is settled.
CONDITION 7:
All private armies, American law enfjorcemnt org hardin montana. mercenaries, military forces, foreign military personnel, will be immediately dismissed and will exit the country of America within 30 days of the first day of default of this counterclaim. Our military leaders will determine who they will allow to stay and who must go. Any forces as mentioned above who refuse will be arrested by the United States military in cooperation of the Republic Militia. They will be tried in a military court for appropriate crimes and punishment will be determined by our military leaders.
CONDITION 8:
All of the laws as outlined in the original organic Constitution for the "united States of America" and Honorable "Bill of Rights" will be reinstated as law of our country America assembly of The People will let you know by ORDER. This will take effect immediately upon the first day of default of this counterclaim. Any person, agent, representative, agency, or the like, who interferes will be arrested and tried for the appropriate crimes. Sentence will be carried out according to the rules of common law.
CONDITION 9:
All agents of the INTERNAL REVENUE, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY, FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION, NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY, FOREIGN INTELLIGENCE SURVEILLANCE AGENCY, (FISA), HOMELAND SECURITY, OR ANY NAMED OR UNNAMED AGENCY TO BE DETERMINED WILL BE DISBANNED AND REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE COUNTRY PENDING INVESTIGATION. All taxes that are collected by these agencies will be declared paid in full as of the first day of default of this counterclaim. If investigation proves that these agents, employees, or representatives have committed crimes against We the People they will be given 30 days to exit the country of America never to return. Any agent, employee, representative, or the like who refuses to leave will be arrested and tried for the appropriate crimes. Sentence will be carried out according to the rules of common law.
CONDITION 10:
All local, state, federal, international law enforcement agencies who are linked to the UNITED STATES or any subsidiary thereof will be disbanded and disarmed as of the first day of default of this counterclaim. All funding for these agencies will cease. Local governments of the Republic will determine what type of law enforcement they will require. The republic Militias will be called upon to keep order and peace until local law enforcement can be lawfully reestablished. Any law enforcement officer who fails to comply will be arrested and tried for the appropriate crimes against We the People. Sentencing will be carried out according to the rules of common law.
CONDITION 11:
All fraudulent private home mortgages , and mortgage notes, nationwide, will be cancelled as of the first day of default of this counterclaim reassigned to the fiduciaries which we will help you collect. All titles, deeds, land patents, or papers representing ownership will be returned to We the People without encumbrance. All property taxes will cease to be paid to any agency or representative of the UNITED STATES corporation. Any officer of any bank or lending institution who attempts a foreclosure, collection, or sale against these private homes will be arrested and tried for the appropriate crimes against We the People. All public lands, infrastructure, waterways, seaports, highways, public parks, natural resources, lands, buildings, real estate, or anything of value will be returned to We the People without encumbrance. Many of these properties have been unlawfully mortgaged without the consent of We the People. We do realize that some debts may be owed to foreign countries and those lawful debts will be settled in an honorable manner by We the People and the Republic government reassigned to the actual fiduciaries in-fact. It is our position to create a government who acts to stay in honor and not like the corporation UNITED STATES who very rarely and almost never keeps any agreement. We the People will strive to build a new image around the world and America will be respected in the world arena again. Any officer, representative, or agent of the UNITED STATES who interferes or hinders the lawful process of returning these properties to We the People and the Republic will be arrested and tried for crimes against We the People. Sentencing will be carried out according to the rules of common law.
CONDITION 13:
All private credits and wealth belonging to We the people will be restored to them. Any value represented by birth certificates, securities, commercial paper, stocks, bonds, silver, gold, investments, etc., will be made available by lawful remedy as provided by congress in laws passed in 1933-1938 as set forth by TP in assembly. ORDERED TO STAND BY FOR SUCH ORDERS. The remedy is to allow all Americans to discharge debts by issuing private promissory notes as private bankers. This process will be restored for all Americans to discharge public and private debt as of the first day of default of this counterclaim. Purchases for certain items will also be allowed by our Republic government. The Republic congress will determine what items will qualify for this process. Any agent, employee, representative, or the like, of the UNITED STATES corporation who interferes with this lawful process will be arrested and tried for crimes against we the people. Sentencing will be carried out according to the rules of common law.

Sigh... They are not violating the constitution. There is no congress they are all private corporations. The constitution has been dormant for over a century and there is good evidence it was never lawfully approved in the first place.

You need to read more carefully it is talking specifically to those whom the action is brought against. There is a specific purpose to this type of action. it is not a pro war organization but it is pro defense. Take the time to try and understand before you jump to conclusions.

Seems to me, one would need a meeting with the crown and church, recorded on MSM for this to work.
