Halo Cloud Spotted In Russia

Folks, This is just down right wierd. I can't say for sure if it's a hoax or not, but as far as I can tell and from the stories Im reading it looks to be real. Take it for what you will, but I have NEVER seen anything like it.

Its not unusual. I notice an angled column of mist, just barely visible, rising into the center of the circle. Clearly, some soviet-style factory must be emitting hot gases and it is affecting the very low cloud-cover.

very strange skies in NJ lately

I've seen two round rainbow formations in the sky for the past two days. We've been getting covered with chemtrails lately as well. I am thinking the chemical element in the Chemtrails are causing the light rays to fracture and make the rainbow circles... They looked very similar to those vids of the raindow colors in the sky in China last year just before that big quake...

Very strange stuff...

Do you suppose the sun breaking cloud formation is the product of continuous chem trails all over the world? In my region over the Great Lakes in Canada, the weather has been continuously much like the sky in the video clip above. On the few day(s) here and there all summer and fall when the days were clear, the sky again loaded up with unmistakable chem trails. If the degree of ongoing thick overcast persists, would this not counteract the benefit of solar power? and the quality of food production?

but I think this has to do with chemtrails causing clouds, with the various waves from HAARP/GWEN/ELF that caused the clouds to form this circle and the sun is shining through causing the halo effect. HAARP has seven complexes around the world operated by different countries and supposedly foreign countries can manipulate our weather and we theirs.

Which might actually be the cover-up that is 'Global Warming'. They probably have done something they cannot reverse and they not only just cover it up, but turn it into a racket in the meantime.

A couple years ago my husband and I were transfixed one night by a plasma show going on behind clouds just outside our house. It went on for hours. There was absolutely no sign of rain or storm. Just this plasma show of purple/pink/greenish electric blue light. We were so mesmerized we didn't even think to grab the video camera and record it. That would have been something to share with everyone.

Global warming is a very slow, natural cycle over which man has very little, if any, influence. At one point there were several NASA documents freely available that outline, actually with quite a lot of detail, how the entire solar system (not just Earth) is warming up, the cycles and causes behind it, evidence of previous cycles and et cetera. If I'm not mistaken, the NASA information has also been cited as a basis for the class-action suit against Al Gore by 30K+ scientists who say that global warming is being exaggerated and exploited for profit. Of course, the NASA information has been more recently corralled and kept quiet as exploitation of global warming is about to become big business – exponentially bigger than it already is.

I know darn well that the exhaust from my car and motorcycle is not making it all the way to Pluto. I bet the administration will try to enact laws that penalize the sun for increased solar flare activity.

I think Anisha is more on the right tract, and I believe contrail clouds, WMD tests and deployed, NASA and others launches are the dirty secrets that make global warming real,, allot of our energy is dirty... I imagine how different the world would be had we gone with Tesla technology instead of Edison...

I don't blame people driving their cars.. I blame the people who destroyed public transportation and created a society to sustain off combustion engines. It didn't work.

Don't get me wrong – aside from allegations of global warming, there are other aspects of the dirty power that we all know and love – aspects I'd like to see go away. The biggest are the relentless spewing of toxins into our atmosphere and obsessive greed/manipulation in the energy sectors.

Considering all the money, manpower and brainpower utilized by NASA, leading them to conclude, based on many test results and volumes of data, that the rest of the solar system is heating up along with the Earth, how do we explain this (the rest of the solar system heating up)? What about the many geologists and archaeologists across the world who claim that there is evidence of previous heating/cooling cycles (long before combustion engines and other forms of dirty power)? How do we refute them? And what of the 30,000+ scientists across the globe who are on board with such claims?

You are absolutely correct that the world would be a MUCH different (and better) place had we gone with Tesla technology. I'm sure you know J.P. Morgan's involvement in ensuring that we did not go with Tesla technology. Even if we had, there seems to be much credible evidence to suggest that the Earth (and other planets) would still be heating up regardless. Do you think it's all a crock?

with these manifestations they are referring to, I can see it making a lot of people crazy without faith. This is not a time to straddle the fence. But as some other youtube users were referring, when we first moved about a month ago, I'd hear voices on my cell phone occasionally. Not now, but strange how it only happened for that one week. We have yet to get cable. I'm thinking now we probably won't.
