The latest legal turn out of Hawaii leaves very little wiggle room for the state.

Thank you Mr. Donofrio. I am so impressed by the undaunted tenacity that represents the backbone of America. Routing out the truth and demanding justice is awe-inspiring. It is fearful that many are so complacent and in denial about the worth and efficacy of the Constitution and what it represents historically and legally. This is truly an American issue...

If you look at Article III, Section 3 of the Constitution,

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

So using "treason" as the author of this piece to describe the behavior of Obama and his fellow conspirators is probably inaccurate. I am sure there is some crime involved, but who in the federal government, particularly the administrative branch, is going to do anything about it. And, I seriously doubt that one single Democratic Representative or Senator would lift a finger to address this issue. The Judiciary, including the Supreme Court, has so far thwarted any attempt by those not in government to litigate this issue.

It seems that someone can take power in circumvention of the Constitution, and easily get away with it.

And the Hawaii birth certificate is really not the central issue anyway; it is Obama's father not being a US citizen when Obama was born that controls Obama's status as not being a natural born citizen. It is interesting however, that Obama is reported to have spent millions to block access to his birth records, so there is obvious suspicion if he was even born in Hawaii.
