Military ad, Navy a "Global Force for..."?

Hello,
Has anyone else seen this ad where they call the US Navy, or all Services a "Global Force for...". I was reading while the ad played on TV and didn't quite catch the whole phrase, but when they said global force for whatever it caught my attention quickly. Have these ads been running for sometime or are they new? I don't watch a ton of TV, so maybe I just haven't seen these ads. Has anyone else seen this ad?
