It's pretty cool. The lyrics are about FEMA camps, RFID chips, martial law, etc!

Yes.
I have the album and it rips! I've been listening to Megadeth for over 10 years and this recent release has been very satisfying. I'm glad that there is a metal band that is willing to talk about this stuff.
Why listen to a group that...
....promotes ugliness and death?
Look at those freaks! The freedom they promote is death.
That's not freedom- it's slavery.
You sir are a liar
Loud means alive.
Loud does not mean death.
Put on your fluffy earphones with the valium music that doesn't talk about anything and go away, slave.

I think
that you have the wrong idea of what Megadeth writes about.
RS,
I believe that you are missing the point.
The fact of the elite promoting their agenda against the freedom loving people of the United States of America, has not been lost by the music group Megadeth.
Megadeth has countless teenage followers, the message is spreading, and I for one am happy.

We don't need a culture that promotes death and ugliness
Look at our country- freaks everywhere! Tattoos, body mutilation! Music from Hell. Skull and cross bones all over kids clothing. People torturing people in govt. run camps like Guantanamo and other secret prisons! I'll bet you that those torturers were chosen from sickos that listen to mega' and have no regard for goodness.
that's just the exterior. to
that's just the exterior.
to some people, having a rifle slung over your shoulder and a bible in your back pocket of your overalls promotes death and uglyness.
but we know better don't we>?

I'm sure the lyrics are great...
... if you can even understand them over all that pit of hell non melodic dark satanic rifs.
Who can listen to that sh*t? Piss poor excuse for "music".
Watch the film "THX1138" online for a glimpse into the future.

I really hope you're not the same THX on pyrabang
There's no such thing as a Satanic riff, unless you mean good people saying nothing in the face of evil well then yes that would be a Satanic riff.
Sorry buddy but this Album wakes up the people. Go AWAY.

Your comment is like vomit
It's obviously something you spewed on the floor without thought. Dave Mustaine, Megadeth's signer and songwriter, is a born again Christian. And his Christian themed songs are actually musical and compelling, unlike the cheesy unartistic slop that passes for most "Christian rock."
Metal is a musical form, regardless of the admittedly darker themed origins in bands like Black Sabbath. Megadeth's version of metal is among the most technical of any metal or hard rock, requiring an amazing level of talent. They are also well established as a *melodic* metal band, notwithstanding your quixotic comment. But I will give you the benefit of the doubt; feel free to demonstrate that your comment did not come out of your posterior.
And it's spelled "riffs".

thanks for education us older folk. It's
good to see the concern about authoritarianism peculating through popular cutlture in various forms.

Washington is Next
Dave Mustaine of Megadeth is an Alex Jones fan and vice versa. He was on Jones' show again recently discussing the album "Endgame" inspired in part by the documentary of the same name and the album artwork depicting the FEMA camp march of death surrounded by the black plastic coffins.

(Mustaine of Megadeth is miscredited as Dave McClain of Machine Head)
"The quiet war has begun with silent weapons
And the new slavery is to keep the people
Poor and stupid, "Novus Ordo Seclorum"
How can there be any logic in biological war?
We all know this is wrong, but the New World Order's
Beating down the door, oh something needs to be done"
Wow, crazy
Thx very much for that link. Didn't know that he was on. Just watching this right now.
edit: thx, I'm interested to check out that song as well.
ps. Brzoo: did you catch the interview that Alex did with Mustaine about 1.5-2 years ago? I remember Alex commenting after it, that Mustaine was still stuck in the left-right paradigm. I wonder, when Mustaine became a fan of Jones? Must have been pretty recently.

one of
my favorites!
Yup great tune
Marty Friedman who plays guitar on that rips.
Here's another song with really good lyrics
It's "I Own Me" by NeemaV. This guy unlike Mustaine is actually a libertarian.
Love it
it's all good to me.
I remember back in high school hearing "Set the World Afire"... Mustaine's been on some good subjects for a while.
Ya, he's always been decent politically
I remember his song Holy Wars. I think he's currently a liberal, or at least he seemed to be that when Alex Jones interviewed him a year ago. Hopefully, he can take the plunge and become a full-fledged supporter of liberty (ie. a "llibertarian").
