Where are the folks begging us all to contribute because "if we raise enough money, the GOP will have to take Rand seriously"?

Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
To which GOP do you refer?
The only one that counts is the GOP electorate. Rand's poll numbers are rising and the media I've seen acknowledges he's in serious contention. Fact is, having the support of the Republican establishment is likely to be a detriment, not an asset, in the 2010 election. I think Rand has it figured just right. My guess is he wouldn't welcome establishment support and I certainly don't want it for him.

This is great news but remember that a lot of this money and the contributors themselves are not in Rand's district and in most cases not even in the state of Kentucky.
The numbers themselves speak volumes about what kind of person each one of these candidates attracts. Rand is funded by the people, Trey is establishment and the math proves it.
