I don't know if anyone else has posted this video here, but either way, it needs to go viral. We've got to alert our Congressman and Senators of this atrocity, and STOP IT!!!

I. A shared vision for long-term cooperative action1
Note: This section of the negotiating text (paras. 1–9 below) illustrates how elements from Parties’
proposals could be woven into an introductory statement on a shared vision.
1. Warming of the climate system, as a consequence of human activity, is unequivocal. As assessed
by the Intergovernmental Panel for Climate Change (IPCC) in its Fourth Assessment Report, the serious
adverse effects of climate change, notably those on crop production and food security, water resources
and human health, as well as on housing and infrastructure, are becoming a major obstacle to efforts to
promote sustainable economic and social development and to reduce poverty, which are the first and
overriding priorities of developing countries.
2. The adverse effects of climate change will be felt most acutely by those segments of the
population who are already in vulnerable situations owing to factors such as geography, poverty, gender,
age, indigenous or minority status and disability. These adverse effects also undermine the equitable
development needs of present and future generations.
3. Deep cuts in global emissions will be required to prevent dangerous interference with the climate
system and achieve the ultimate objective of the Convention. Early and urgent action to this end is
necessary. A delay in reducing emissions will significantly constrain opportunities to achieve lower
stabilization levels of greenhouse gases (GHGs) and inc

... Viscount Monckton has no science background - certainly not in climatology or meteorology - his college major was journalism and his minor was classical lit. He was the editor of a number of small newspapers associated with the Conservative Party, and was briefly, with some other journalists, a policy advisor to the Thatcher govt but not a science advisor.
At times he has claimed to be a Member of the House of Lords, but the he never actually held a seat; the one time he actually ran in an election (the House of Lords is now by election among qualified candidates) he ran dead last.

He has also tried his hand in other fields of hard science: In 1987 he advocated that the AIDS crisis could be solved by mandatory blood tests, monthly, of EVERYBODY, and anyone found to have HIV would be confined in an internment camp for life.

Is this really the guy to listen to?

Dispute your points and I'll research but I take cause with your comment the one time he ran he ran dead last - remember Ron Paul? He has been a loan wolf crying out and many ignored him too. Take heed and check facts and just maybe he will open eyes at last.

I read it too, but just ran across the video. We've got to stop Obama from signing this f*&^&^%ing treaty, before we lose our country.

If he signs that treaty, the United States is doomed.
