This approach seems to have some real legs.

It combines the evidentiary elements of the We The People Foundation's Petitions for Redress with the sound arguments of popular sovereignty for a People to govern themselves, citing numerous authoritative and lawful sources to back up this demand for accountability.

Strategically and mechanically, the ability to implement will ultimately revolve around the volume of petition signers activists in each state can rally and how much pressure that volume will have on that state's governor and secretary of state...

The beauty of the Iowa dynamic is that we have a criminal from both major parties in the senate (Harkin & Grassley), so this is (in the words of Naomi Wolf in her awesome interview with Lew Rockwell) "transpartisan" in nature for us Iowans.

I daresay this is one strategy that will be deliberated and scrutinized at the Continental Congress 2009, as one of the elements for the blue-print for civic-actions that every American can avail themselves to restore the rule of law.

PREAMBLE

We, THE PEOPLE, the SOVEREIGN ELECTORS, FREEMEN, and INHABITANTS of the State of Iowa, in accordance with our Unalienable Rights forever protected by the Constitution of Iowa (1857), do so hereby COMMAND the immediate Recall of the two U.S. Senators of for the State of Iowa and thus THE PEOPLE, Tom Harkin and Charles Grassley, without replacement of by the Governor, and continued vacancy until conclusion of a Special Election by THE PEOPLE, for the causes negligence as well as their endorsement by vote of unconstitutional acts, in violation of their Oath of Office to Protect and Defend the Rights of THE PEOPLE, as secured by the Constitution for the United States of America, resulting in corruption of the currency, manipulation of Markets, Corporate Bailouts, permanent losses of Industry, foreclosures, social decay, family destruction and endless wars.
