SQ real or fear mongering? Warns of imminent JERICHO scenario

Steve Quayle issues "info" on a probable nuclear strike carried out by Islamic Jihadist terrorists using already in place weapons or small aircraft as delivery vehicles.

He of course claims "inside" verification that measures are being put in place to deal with the aftermath and lists target cities. (the two lists do not coincide completely)

This should be easily verifiable with our resources. One of his insiders is claimed to be working for a large Bank. I'm sure we have people on the DP who are as well and would be privy to such information. If you could be so kind as to make an inquiry which would reveal some truth to Quayle's claims, then we should perhaps conduct more investigation. Additionally, alerting DP members, friends, family, etc. about the target cities would of course be helpful. (moral dilemma: if you had credible information of an impending nuclear strike on a U.S. city, would you withhold it for fear of creating a panic, or would you alert people you knew who lived there to get out of dodge? What you want someone YOU know to alert you if you lived in one of these cities?)

The two "inside sources" list the following target cities:

New York, D.C., Chicago, Seattle, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Tuscon, and Miami

New York, Chicago, Houston, Dallas, Phoenix, Jacksonville, and Tampa

(of course, with the exception of Tuscon, these are all major cities and would be expected as targets in most any attack for the propensity of the scale of damages)

The first list is from the "deep background intel services source." (yeah right)

The second is from the "banking" source. The banking source allegedly was privy to information received (by whom? and from whom?) as to the nature of the threat and an alert to make contingency plans for evacuation of employees, continuing banking operations on secure networks, maintenance of banking operations in the aftermath of the attack, etc.

The specific deadline for completing these preparations was given as 10/23/09.

The intel source gave as a window for the attacks at 10/23/09-10/25/09.

Sounds to me like more SQ usual nonsense. But I thought I'd pass it on and see if anyone out there can verify or corroborate any of it. (other than from the Webbots, we already know what they have to say on the question of 10/25/09)
