He can retain a lawyer to hand those cops their ass- and the beauty of it is he's already moved 5 hrs away, so in order for them to harass him they'll have to go way out of their way. As for the woman? She will disappear into the shadows whence she came- if she even exists. For all we know, some cop was doing his 5 am patrol, saw the light in the window, called in for some back-up to enjoy the view and when they discovered it was a male decided that theyd storm the castle to see if there was any drugs- when there wasnt, they made up the story about the young woman and a child out on the lawn at 5 am.

Hope he presses charges

On the other side of this fence will be a series of motion detectors that will set off a voice recording that gives trespassers/terrorists a 10 minute warning before lead flies.

There is a backhoe ready to bury the remains. End of story.

This guy should file peeping Tom charges and get this lady and her kid listed as sex offenders after they do their time. They will wish they weren't so lazy next time they want to take a shortcut through someone's yard.

My wife said to me, after getting out of the shower and walking into the living room completely naked and I was giving her the male compliment of not taking my eyes off her, which I do every single morning as she walks around naked trying to get the children dressed for school, "Did you know that most people do not walk around naked even in their own home."

But to me it seems obscene or un-natural for a grown woman to be walking around naked in front of a first grader, pre-schooler, or infant.

To me, this is something that I have not experienced, nor wish to exerience.

Maybe, I am just old-fashioned, like Dr. Paul.

Is that the woman and her child were cutting through his property to get from street to street, they were basically trespassing.

If the woman had stayed on the street, she would have seen nothing.

Seriously, though, I don't get this at all.

There was a house in town where I live where a man WOULD stand naked pressed up against windows and doors so people could see him, as the sidewalk and road are just a few feet away. There is also a bus stop for school children right there.

People where I worked had been discussing what he was doing and I know the police went out. They talked to him, but I don't think he was arrested.

But what that man was doing was entirely different from the story of the man in the news clip.

If the woman was coming up in his yard in the wee hours of the morning and happened to see him naked, too bad for her. If he can be seen from the road and sidewalk, that might be different and the police could've just told him to put up a curtain.

Isn't there real crime somewhere in that city...or a doughnut shop? Either would've been time better spent than hauling this man off to jail.
