Bring them home, and promise them we will never ask them to go back. They are to DEFEND our nation, we need them HERE.
It seems everyone was shocked, except this guy:
"When asked by the theater manager for identification proving the group was of age to see the movie, Sexton reportedly snapped at him, “I shot 18 people and you want to see my identification?'”
If he had "sought help" he would have been given a drug that probably would have made him suicidal or homicidal anyway. Poor kid never stood a chance.

I didn't mean to be insensitive, really. I am sorry. This whole thing makes me sick. I was in the Viet Nam era and wrote a poem about the whole absurdity of it when I was 12. I still have it. My brother was in Viet Nam and has never been the same. It was a nightmare for him. He ended up in prison for fighting with cops and he has always been a loner and has constant nightmares. He is a reformed alcoholic but that really messed his life up. He finally his getting compensation for it. So, I understand.
I was just very disturbed by the links on the right of the article when I was reading it. They were distracting and I didn't like what they were promoting. It just goes so against what we believe so that was the last thing on my mind.

Last week I gave one of my oldest and best friends a call. He's in the army. While we were chatting I started saying "What better way to support the troops..." and he finished that up with exactly what I was about to say: "than to bring them home."

Even the soldiers themselves feel this way. We need to just bring them home.

This breaks my heart.
and galvanizes my conviction to not be the policemen of the world.
This young person had not really lived long enough to know what life is all about. The military indoctrinates people to know life only as the military deems fit.
This young person fought for his/her country admirable. This young person could not reconcile, duty from humanity.
I personally abhor the wars for oil.
My heart goes out to all those who have lost a family member to Oil Profits.

No, I read the story.
I did not really pay any attention to any thing else, including the website. If you wish to debunk this story, I will stand corrected, I did not do my due diligence. Otherwise, your reply strikes me as brutally insensitive.

It's so sad, bring them all home.
We have a couple locals that returned home last fall.
One can't even comprehend enough to pay his bills or rent, car was repoed.
He is currently drinking his life away. Before he went, was a great
kid with a fiance waiting at home.
The other one, can't keep a job for nothing. Before he went, had 2 jobs
going through high school and played football.
I would love to see them all home. NOW!!!!!!
