But didn't they already cook her goose? Hasn't she been threatened to stop with "erroneous" lawsuits or face a lawsuit herself? If she's still grinding on ém good for her.

She got sanctioned by one judge in GA

For bringing a frivolous lawsuit. But, Judge David Carter in CA has agreed to hear the case on its merits and the trial is set for Jan. 26.

He hired a law clerk from the same law firm as the defense attorney, but he came from a different office in a different state. I don't know whether she's going to try to get the judge recused or not. He is the first to let it get this far. I'd hate to see it go down the tubes now.
