Anyone on this group should have the ability to state for on on the record (wherever that record may be) the following:

The whole government system, United States corporation in bankruptcy, the parent corporation of the fifty states all in bankruptcy with hidden assets well over one-hundred trillion dollars as listed in the several Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports, in collusion with the privately owned Federal Reserve, all governments from the United States down operate in fraud. It's the most destructive fraud and criminality in the history of America and probably the world.

I state my case as follows. No man or woman (man will be used to include both genders) has the right or authority to initiate force/harm/violence , threat of force/harm/violence and fraud against any individual's life and property. No man can grant authority to another that which he is prohibited from doing himself. Can't hire a hit-man, can't hire a man to extort money from people.

If you chose to rebut that, I ask all of you and every American, when do you want the initiation of force/harm/violence , threat of force/harm/violence or fraud inflicted against you and your loved ones? Your answer and every sane American will respond with the same answer. I contend that the entire world population at large will respond: Never!

A man who resorts to force or threat of force has lost the battle of ideas. He has lost the debate of reason and resorted to rule of the jungle. He has abandoned reason and chosen to act akin to a lower animal life form. Where might makes right.

Dressing gang members of the Bloods and Crips in SWAT uniforms doesn't absolve them of their crimes. Dressing mafia thugs in coat and tie doesn't absolve them from extorting money from their victims under the guise of protecting them. No written law, statute, act, code or regulation can absolve a man for his act of initiation of force, threat of force or fraud against an individual's life or property, and that includes willful non-disclosure in contracts. None of that -- just following orders -- absolved Nazi war criminals and it won't government fraudsters and criminals.

Certainly, many low level government workers have been so compartmentalized that they don't know what's not being disclosed. But the willful non-disclosure need only be traced up the ranks until a supervisor, manager, commisioner or the President is identified for willful intent of non-disclosure. Either way, from the top down those government actors can be identified as perpetrating the non-disclosure fraud on the people.

Also, government from United States on down, is a police state. The proof of that is that despite having only five-percent of the world population United States has twenty-five percent of the global prison populating. That's the one glaring statistic that would justify your jobs. That job being to protect the people from criminals. However, that statistic is the tell-tale sign of a police state, not a free country. Which is why you all don't use it when you play the fear card to justify your jobs.

Furthermore, there are so many millions of laws, statutes, acts, codes and regulations that every American on a weekly, if not daily basis is violating one or more of them. Thus meaning that every American is consistently lawless and we the people as a whole -- and that includes everyone in government too -- are a lawless bunch.. That's according to the standards that you wrote, enacted and support in the three branches of government. By government standards a police state is necassary to polce all of us lawless Americans. You have foisted on the people the most egregious fraud and criminality the world has every known.

Had it not been for government fraud in collusion with Federal Reserve fraud manipulating the people and economy so that everyone is a debt slave, when in reality every man is a creditor for all wealth comes from man putting his labor and energy to Earth's resources, not a money-printing- press or complex financial instruments. Not to mention that Federal Reserve Notes are evidence of debt, not wealth. Where it's mathematically impossible to pay off a debt and all homes and property and human labor are collateral for the National debt and State debts -- thus obvious that the people are the true creditors as they are the value.

Had it not been for the massive fraud against the people a three bedroom house today would cost the same or less than it did in 1913 -- about three thousand dollars. Inflation has always been a hidden tax foisted on the people by government and the Federal Reserve.

The Federal Reserve raising and lowering interest rates, also known as the business cycle, is contrived and perpetrated on the people to rob them of their wealth. Far more egregious is that it robs man of his most precious time. For he has only a short amount of time to do all that he can with his life.

Just look at what you all are doing with your lives. It sickens me.

The history of man creating evermore advanced technologies from one generation to the next has decreased the amount of human time and energy required to produce basic necessities -- food, shelter and clothing. The scientific revolution that began in the mid 1500s was followed by the beginning of the industrial revolution in 1760s Europe.

Man's advancement of technologies has been exponential. The advances made in 1800 were far and few between compared to the many technology advancements achieved in 1900. The time and energy expended by man to produce basic necessities was halved over the course of the nineteenth century.

Had it not been for the United States government and Federal Reserve fraud against the people -- had a true free market been able to flourish -- it would have been halved another three times since 1900. That means that today it would require about ten hours a week of time and energy to meet basic needs of a family of four. Instead, both parents are working full time jobs just to make ends meet. Whence having a job working for money has taken precedence over working for the life experience gained.

And you can't blame the people. For it is your public education system and a bought and paid for main stream press that have perpetrated massive fraud against the people. For example, why isn't every supposed criminal act and violation of your laws examined in light of the non initiation of force principle which is Universal Law that every sane person has said, or would say, without question that initiation of force/harm/violence , threat of force and fraud should never be inflicted against themselves and their loved ones?

All laws, statutes, acts, codes and regulations that authorize a man or woman to violate Universal Law are void. Furthermore, only an injured man or woman can make a legal claim and or criminal charge against a man or woman and must be done by affidavit under oath, liable to perjury.

The purpose of human life is to live happily. Whatever is of benefit to a human organism is of value to it. So whatever causes a person to be happy is an experience he and she deems valuable. The only thing man is prohibited from doing is initiating force, threat of force and fraud against any individual's life and property.

You all have intentionally omitted that from all debate regards government. Why? So you could control not by reason, but rather, control by rule of the jungle. Rule by initiation of force, threat of force and fraud.

So here we all are, living in the midst of fraud. Top-to-bottom fraud designed in fraud to operate in fraud. It's a fraud matrix. Most Americans have been unwitting accessories to fraud. Yet they do understand and begrudgingly admit knowing that voting for the lesser of evils still begets evil. Always has and it always will. Nonetheless, the matrix of fraud has been exposed to the light of honesty and now we must come up with solutions.

One solution has already been given. Universal Law that prohibits anyone, whether in or out of government, from initiating force, threat of force and fraud against any individual's life and property, and includes all contracts lacking full disclosure are void at the discretion of the party that was denied full disclosure. Fraud vitiates all contracts

Second solution: Repeal the Federal Reserve act of 1913 and all governments sever all ties, contracts and agreements with the Federal Reserve due to fraud perpetrated by the Federal Reserve on the people.

Money creation belongs in the hands of the people whom create and produce all wealth from Earth. Currencies belong in a truly free market -- a market free from initiation of force, fraud and coercion by government or otherwise. The technology is readily available for making currency impervious to counterfeiting, ensure secure currency transfers and transparent accounting with no requirement for interest or usury.

Money needs to be relegated to its proper place regards conscious man. A handy tool for accounting purposes not unlike other measures such as inches, pounds and gallons. From my own research the proposed Digital Coin system is the most viable currency.

Third solution: government workers when called upon by a citizens grand jury must work in cooperation to ensure honest justice is served. The People employ government workers. When a citizens grand jury can show just cause for firing one of their employees which may include holding the employee accountable for violation of Universal Law, it would be a huge mistake and just plain dumb for any government employee of the people to try to thwart that process.

Aware of the time factor, those solutions can be implemented relatively fast. In the interim is the fourth solution: Inform and educate the people regards the fraud. In other words, come clean. Widely inform and educate the people via all mediums of communication on the solutions that are being implemented with continual wide spread reporting on the on-going progress of each. Beginning with Universal Law and all people's lawful right to void any contract that denied them full disclosure. Transparency is a must for which the people have been grossly denied in order to facilitate the fraud matrix.

The fraud matrix is imploding. It may be happening intentionally by design. Regardless, we're all living it and it's of paramount importance that the four solutions put forth today be implemented swiftly with full determination to expose and eliminate government fraud.
