MINNEAPOLIS — Bong water can count as a controlled substance, the Minnesota Supreme Court ruled Thursday in a decision that raises the threat of longer sentences for drug smokers who fail to dump the water out of their pipes.
Here's what I found disturbing and I've been using cannabis for 20 years.I've never heard of this before.
The decision, authored by Justice G. Barry Anderson, noted that the liquid wasn't plain clear water, but had a pink color and fruity odor, and that a narcotics officer had testified that drug users sometimes keep bong water to drink or inject later.
WTF?!?! Keeping bong water to DRINK?or INJECT later?

Alert! If you smoke the Herb be careful, when you urinate THC is in your urine and your toilet water is illegal. And of course you save it to drink or inject later.
Also they are going to make everyone in America buy and install the new toilet water monitor so when you flush it will test your water positive for THC at which time the Toilet Police will arrive to arrest you.

Once, when I was a teenager
I used Mountain Dew in my bong for three days, then drank it; it was nasty and didn't work. Can't say I've ever injected the stuff though.

Well that's not really a surprise. THC is what is illegal. Under all circumstances (except medical). Bong water will have trace amounts of THC, thus, making it illegal. No different than growing hemp.
Papers aren't illegal, but, if you get busted with papers and a bag you will get charged with paraphernalia.

If anyone had ever injected bong water, I think we'd have heard about it already. Thaty is just stupid. Fruity odor? Wow. For those who don't know, it's yellow/brown in color and stinks.
Plus, thc isn't even water soluble.

I know what bong water from weed looks like, but I don't even know if people actually smoke meth with a bong. I would assume it to be same principle. Also the article i read said they drink the bong water.
Nothing surprises me with meth heads.

I might have started laughing if the situation wasn't so hopelessly idiotic. Judge Douchebag and Narcotics Officer Prick should be ashamed of themselves, but they aren't. They never are, with the exception of precious few like Barry Cooper. This is precisely why we shouldn't let ourselves be governed by our inferiors (and so the long hard road to fix the system continues). Unfortunately a classic case of the lunatics running the asylum.
Concerning the bong water, they have to be talking about something other than weed; as meth was previously mentioned, maybe that's it, I don't know as my experience is limited to marijuana and 'shrooms. Weed bong water looks, smells and tastes utterly disgusting. But Pink and fruity in taste? What the hell, did they pour in strawberry milkshakes before hitting it?
This could almost be funny if so many good people weren't already having their lives ruined by the bullshit already on the books, and now this, to ruin more lives, destroy more communities, threaten more of our youth's scholastic potential and in general further hold back the evolution of our species.
