This "factual truth of space"... is there anything about it that would not be discovered during the course of normal exploration- i.e., not just a camera shot but actually people on the moon? Would it make sense to waste money on taking mentioned picture when that money could go towards putting people on the moon?
Would it make sense to spend the money otherwise wasted on a strategic deterrent? Yes. Did I ever advocate spending more money on bombers when it could be spent on useful space projects? No. Did I even express my support for space exploration in the same previous thread? Yes! Are you getting the picture? I hope so.
