Now, this makes the most sense. We should be killing others in addition to ourselves. The more involved with this insanity the better.

Sebelius Says U.S. Will Donate Part of H1N1 Vaccine Supply to Foreign Nations Before Meeting This Nation’s Demand

(CNSNews.com) – Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius told CNSNews.com Wednesday that one in 10 doses of the swine-flu vaccine purchased by the U.S. will be donated to other nations before the U.S. demand for the vaccine is filled.

Sebelius also told a Senate committee that vaccine production is well behind demand.

“What we said is once we have 40 million doses (of the vaccine), the donation can start,” Sebelius told CNSNews.com. “There’s an agreement (of) 10 percent donation that 11 nations have made,” she said.

HHS has ordered about 250 million doses of the vaccine, so the donation would begin after the U.S. received just 16 percent of its original order.

Sebelius made the remarks at a Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing on the government's preparations for dealing with the H1N1 flu virus outbreak. Education Secretary Arne Duncan and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano also provided testimony at the hearing.

The nation’s top health bureaucrat said the government would still donate to foreign nations part of the stock of vaccine purchased by the U.S. government despite delays in getting the vaccine to American citizens, which she said puts the nation “at the point where demand is ahead of the yield.”

But aren't we in a national swine flu emergency?

I certainly don't want any of the vaccine, but it doesn't make sense that they'd want to give it away when demand here hasn't even been met.

Isn't that like being in a war and giving 10% of your ammo away...when you don't even have enough in the first place?

What if the intent is to spread it over a wider distance?

I think the vaccine is the source.

Mike: You are always thinking outside of the box.

Spreading it all over the world is a way not only to minimize the liability, but also to cover up and diffuse the evidence of whatever triggers the virus to mutant or re-assort into the ultimate biological weapon.

You could be right, Mike.

We probably all know someone who has gotten sick from flu shots, so what you said about thinking the vaccine is the source is not without merit.

Somethin' is up, that's for sure, because it makes absolutely no sense to give the vaccines away when you're supposedly in the midst of a crisis (nat'l emergency) and your own demand hasn't even been met yet.

Or. . .they wind up with widespread panic

By reducing the amount available to the sheep? It's weird. It will play out eventfully or it will fizzle.

?

Here's what it translates to: Vaccine not being accepted by the American people as had been expected given the hype, so in order to legitimize large purchase, give it to other countries who's governments have been better able to scare the masses. It's still win/win for vaccine manufacturers and US Govt., after all they are so charitable with other peoples money! Yay! Uncle Sam is Swell!

Freeman:You hit on same tactic used in previous oil shortages!!

Create an artificial crisis using fear tactics: swine flu pandemic
Create the solution: swine flu vaccine
Limit the solution: poor vaccine production
Increase fear factor by wall papering coverage by MSM
Multiple the artificial crisis by doing same thing world-wide
Show that we are the good guys by giving some of our own limited supplies away to needy countries even though we created this artificial crisis. Do this especially when the people here did not take the bait and hide the fact that there is really an excess of unused vaccine.

Oh yes, just like they donated Monsanto, to fix things.

And never forget, “Humans, despite our artistic pretensions, our sophistication and many accomplishments, owe the fact of our existence to a six-inch layer of topsoil and the fact that it rains.”

Huh?

Is anyone else as confused as I am?

Yes

I'm as confused as you are.
