Iran finds huge oil, gas reserves

TEHRAN – Considerable oil and gas reserves have been found in Khorramabad block, western Iran, the data collected by the Norwegian energy group StatoilHydro shows.

Seismic operations and geological surveys carried out by StatoilHydro there indicate it is more probable to hit huge natural gas deposits at the block, the Mehr News Agency reported.

National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and StatoilHydro signed a 50-million-dollar deal in September 2006 for the development of Khorramabad block, Press TV reported.

The NIOC has recently discovered three oil and gas fields in Ilam, Fars and Khorasan provinces.

Earlier, massive gas reserves were found in Kish gas field, located near the Persian Gulf Island of Kish, and Azadegan oilfield.

According to the Oil and Gas Journal, Iran’s 2008 estimated proven natural gas reserves stand at 948 trillion cubic feet (Tcf), second only to Russia. Roughly two-thirds of Iranian natural gas reserves are located in non-associated fields, and have not been developed. Major natural gas fields include: South and North Pars, Tabnak, and Kangan-Nar.

WASHINGTON – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's intention to visit Washington for the annual UJC General Assembly has surprised many on Capitol Hill and was apparently not coordinated with the Obama administration.

An American source told Ynet Sunday that news of the visit had been received with reserved astonishment.

The Obama administration has not yet responded to questions of whether a meeting with Netanyahu was forthcoming due to their surprise over the unscheduled visit. On the other hand, failure to invite Netanyahu to the White House may be perceived as a diplomatic crisis.

We'll use other scapegoats to finger the blame on, but our "world planners" intend to destroy the US dollar just as soon as the international currency (and bank) can put all the right players in place, with our own Federal Reserve owners taking their seat at the board table. The scam they have been able to pull on the poor unsuspecting American citizen will go global.

My guess is that the markets will be manipulated. WE knew it was coming, Im sure the powerbrokers did too. My guess is that they have a plan already in place to instill confidence. Itll come across as a non-issue and the Balloon Boy's dad criminal charges will dominate the headlines.
