The Constitution is a contract and the contract has been broken.

So, what are the choices for the States?
The States entered into this contract voluntarily and they can end the contract after breach is proven. What court will decide the Breach of Contract lawsuit?

The constitution is not a contract
The constitution is not, can not be, nor was it ever a contract.
Jim Brown -- Good Question (don't mind if I do)
"..oh God not Octobox again and his tireless counter-economics campaign"
Hahahahaha
Yes -- Counter-Economics is the answer; it's how we'd live if we were free (according to Mises, though not worded that way) and it is my argument for how we get there.
How can we determine if C-E is the real deal?
#1 A study of the Profit-Power Drivers for the Welfarist: Politicians, Lobbyist, Fed Reserve, Workers-Unions, and Owners-Unions
#2 A study of whether or not Entrepreneurs-Intrepreneurs (according to Mises and Rothbard the profit drivers in a free-society) innovate for the above Welfarist or for the Consumer -- what drives the E-I Innovation?
#3 A study of all the proposed "individualist" methods to get us into a Free-Society -- so far there are ONLY two: Consumer-Economics and CommonLaw-Sovereign.
NUMBER 1:
---Politicians Profit-Power Drivers: 1) Voters, 2) Lobbyist, 3) Control of Special Committee Seats, 4) Consumer-Over-ride, and 5) Fed Reserve (power of abdication)
---Lobbyist Profit-Power Drivers: 1) Consumers-who-Invest (in the companies), 2) Individual Donors, 3) Corporate Donors, and 4) Union Donors
---Fed Reserve Profit-Power Drivers: 1) Fiat Money / Credit, 2) de facto control of the Fed Gov't, 3) Principally by-way-of Loans (personal and corporate), and 4) by Abdication of Congress
---Worker and Corporate Union Profit-Power Drivers: 1) Consumers-who-Purchase (the products or services made/sold), 2) Consumers-who-Invest (stocks - bonds), and 3) Gov't Subsidization (Regulatory Advantages, Tax Breaks, Judicial Rullings, Bailouts, and Fiat Credit)
Now you will notice there is a direct correlation to "power" and "profit" -- The "profit" comes solely (if you break each down) from the Consumer (either directly: by consumer-dollar-votes or indirectly: by voting and by lobbying) -- The most destructive dollar-votes are to Corporatists and to Corporations with the Largest Unions.
The "power" comes solely (if you break it down) from voting (abdication of self-rule or the theft of another's self-rule) or from lobbying (the purchase or selling of anothers vote); this is perpetrated first by the Civilian and then by his/her elected official.
The Fed Reserve has NO POWER if you eliminate the lynchpin of Congressional Abdication of Authority -- The Congress has no power if people stop voting and lobbying (save from the voting and lobbying of corporations) -- The Corporate Lobbying and Voting "power" comes from Consumers-who-Purchase and Consumers-who-Invest (over 90% of the profit-power of any corporation) not demanding that the corporation sieze this activity (they must NOT vote or lobby).
NUMBER 2 -- Entrepreneurs and obviously Intrepreneurs create products-efficiencies-applications-processies for start-ups and existing businesses. Since the Corporation and the Union derive nearly all of their profit from the Consumer the Entrepreneur and Intrpreneur innovate for consumer benefit (even more so).
NUMBER 3 -- "A study of all the proposed "individualist" methods to get us into a Free-Society -- so far there are ONLY two: Consumer-Economics and CommonLaw-Sovereign."
Common-Law-Sovereign requires a pretty deep understanding of the law or an on-hand common law lawyer (or reference guide) to extract oneself from all the predictaments one will find themselves in -- owing to leading a life without Identification or Citizenship (regardless the brilliance of the philosophy). Once you give up citizenship it's permanent, you will likely never get it back. You can be deported without explanation under the Patriot Act -- regardless what some non-legal professional tells you.
Counter-Economics can be started today -- it can be fully understood today -- there's nothing to memorize because outwardly you look like a normal citizen -- you can (if need be) work for any corporation or business that pays taxes -- you can take time off and go back to normal citzenry

. Citizen Grand Jury
. Seat in Local Office
Failure to enact any of these will result in the spectator sport that is watching your country go down but feeling good about sharing video links.
There is nothing else.
There are more than enough people awake.
Violence is unavoidably the recourse of survival.
I like the idea of arresting when they come home.
But I think really a breach of contract lawsuit and secession would be easier.

Will someone point out to me where in the Constitution
there is a provision to punish as a criminal any politician, appointee, or bureaucrat for his role in violating a provision of the Constitution.
As far as I can see, there is no criminal punishment. And what would be the probability that the ruling class would place such a provision in it to punish themselves?
I think they left out one major provision.
They should have provided that if any citizen murders or otherwise assaults a politician, appointee or bureaucrat in the belief that there was a violation of the Constitution, that he has as a valid defense that it was in retaliation for the Constitutional violation. And if a prosecutor brings charges against the citizen and a jury finds him innocent by reason of this provision of the Constitution, then the prosecutor shall be executed within 15 days of the jury verdict.
This would provide a a serious penalty that could be imposed by citizens with relative impunity. Otherwise the only way to remedy violations of the Constitution is extra Constitutional, i.e, revolution.
It should be clear that the Constitution as written allows for the take over of the federal government by special interests that places the federal government beyond the control of the citizenry, and allows for the institutions of what amounts to a slave system.

Citizens must educate themselves as to the corporate nature of the federal government and remove themselves from adhesion contracts and franchises agreed to without full disclosure.
lots of info here, look at any of the threads mentioning dunn and bradstreet for starters
Citizens must demand that all legislation indicate which United States is the jurisdiction upon which a particular piece of legislation is in operation. Presently this must be inferred from the context and not explicitly from the content.
"The term "United States" may be used in any one of several senses. It may be merely the name of a sovereign occupying the position analogous to that of other sovereigns in the family of nations. It may designate the territory over which the sovereignty of the United States extends,
or it may be the collective name of the states which are united by and under the Constitution."

A short presentation which explains what the different jurisdictions defined in the Constitution and held by the Supreme Court mean for Americans.

Sheriff Mack, Oathkeepers, both wonderful
and yet not fixing things, are they?
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
Arrest the criminals the next time the come home
Beyond that, secession, with a willingness to use force.
