Brock Lesnar OUT of UFC 106! This just sucks.

At the end of the day, this sucks. Nothing like beer, wings and watching a good ass kicking.

I'l bet the spider would kick his butt

Weight difference or not

perhaps

but Anderson did say Fedor would beat him.

Too bad Cro Cop isn't close

Too bad Cro Cop isn't close to being the fighter he used to be. I'd love to see CC kick Lesnar's head off!

No juice

it's the truth. Amazing what EQ, test prop, mast prop, halo, etc can do. It really does turn a pinto into a Porsche. Sad but true. Legal overseas.

Yup

Sad but true. Most those guys from PRIDE turned into lesser men when they came over to the UFC, and I don't think it was just a coincidence. Look at pictures of Wanderlei Silva during his PRIDE days and now that he is in the UFC. Same thing that happened to CC. Oh well, PRIDE was still awesome!

I was looking forward

to that fight.
I think that Carwin had a good shot to knock Lesnar out.
He's just as big as Lesnar, and has less fat.
His knockout punch of Gabriel Gonzaga with just a short right hand, showed some real devastating power.
And Carwin was also a 2-time NCAA Div II wrestling champion, so he's got good grappling.

I think it will be an awesome fight.

Carwin

is an animal. I have been following him for awhile. This was not an easy fight for Brock.

I had Carwin

Carwin was going to maul Lesnar. Especially coming from Jacksons Training in Albuquerque, NM.

Did anyone else think Donald Cerrone got ripped off his title shot in the last WEC fight? I talk to Donald and he is down with freedom and liberty and is an avid gun enthusiast. The guy is a great dude for sure.

Matt Lindland

is a RP guy as well

Cheers,

TimB

Awesome!

Dude is no joke either! I did not know that, thanks a lot!.

Well, I guess

I'm definitely old and out of the loop! Who is Brock Lesnar/UFC 106?

Brock Lesnar

is 5,000 more times important than Alex Jones.

Fedor!!!!!!

Piratebay.org...

has all of Fedor's fights...After watching them all I wasn't that impressed at the level of competition Fedor was facing. He learned great submissions fighting in the Japan league where head striking was not allowed on the ground. I think he would get some losses in the UFC.

Fedor is respected

by the majority of UFC fighters and champs. The majority place him number 1, as of now. They know what they are talking about. He will lose that respect if he doesn't fight higher talent soon. The sport is evolving very fast. You're right, he can't hold that title much longer.

Agree...

Fedor has taken out:

Nogueira 3 X

Cro Cop

Mark Coleman 2 X

Kevin Randleman (after being suplexed onto his neck, he submitted randleman 1 minute later)

Tim Sylvia (in less than 1 minute)

Arlovski

He is the real deal

Cheers,

TimB

and they

were ALL on juice. That is impressive. Fedor doesn't appear to be on roids. Looks like cabbage and sausage.

mark my words

Fedor is a bad ass man. No doubt or questioning that.

But Brett Rogers is a man on a mission and could knock him out with one punch. On th other hand if Brett isn't careful,Fedor will sambo throw his ass and then twist him up like a pretzel in no time.

Gonna be a good one!

isn't that why they fight?

cause you don't know what might happen in the ring?

there are levels of talent

Fedor is at the highest. Getting in the ring does not equal chaos with some of these guys. Rodgers could be in big trouble. Fedor will slip take him down, grab an arm and break it. He has done it several times before with big strong guys.

That man is a beast

What more can I say?

id like to see fedor

come into the ufc. he would do well but im thinking lesnar would punish him, if they were to fight now. fedor would need some warm up fightsin the octogon and develope a strategy for brock.

true, BUT

there are some very big Russians that he trains with. His powers are fading. Wish we could see him fight Brock at his peak.

I think....

A good striker with good takedown defense will be the one to beat Lesnar.

Sprawl and beat him with leg kicks, thus stopping his shot.

For you old school UFC fans, a la Mo Smith taking out the "unstoppable" mark Coleman.

I don't doubt

this corwin guy would be a good match with Lesnar. but Its going to take a lot more than a "good" take down defense to stop Brock...You have to be better than an NCAA champ wrestler at sprawling. The dude is huge but moves well; quick feet and fast hips. I don't see too many people beating up on him too bad any time soon. I think he has developed the strategy that suits his skill set best. Take em down and wear them out with those 3xL mitts. Once he gets a take down I think its over, he won't put himself at risk again and it takes less energy to hold a guy down than just about anything else in a fight. Look for the fights to be boring until someone figures out how to beat him at that game. But he would be retarded to not be working on his striking more and more. Hope he gets well soon. Love to watch him fight, watched him wrestle at the U when I was in high school too.

When Brock gets cut with a knee or

wicked elbow, we will see what he is made of. Remember, if someone gets a lock on him, they will break what they have. You can't wait for that beast to tap.

If you re-watch the Randy-Lesnar fight...

Randy was doing very well, pushing the action, etc..

Lesnar was breathing hard, but delivered a giant paw to Randy's temple, and lights out.

Lesnar will gas out IMHO, if it goes to the later rounds.

Cheers,

TimB

yep

way too much muscle. Hard on the cardio. All your blood goes to muscle and you lose air. Carwin has the advantage. Trains in Denver and is very, very tough.
