WASHINGTON (CNN) – Will Ron Paul give it another go in 2012?
The Texas congressman and hero of limited government advocates will visit the key early primary state of South Carolina on Nov. 9 to deliver a speech "on the future of individual liberty and the importance of the U.S. Constitution" at the University of South Carolina, student groups said Tuesday. The announcement comes a week after Paul scheduled a visit to Iowa on Nov. 13 to speak to students at Iowa State University.
The onetime Republican presidential hopeful finished in fifth place in last year's South Carolina primary, behind Mitt Romney but ahead of former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani.

Ron Paul doesn't seem to understand that part of the constitution that allows Congress to make laws. This was something that was clear when he was interviewed by the late Tim Russert. Geez, is there anything in the Constitution about traveling to South Carolina? For that matter, anything about breathing?
The problem with Ron Paul and the fundamentalists on the Constitution is that they ignore how the Fathers used it. Jefferson threw aside his views of limited government when he had the opportunity to double the size of teh country. Can Ron Paul really have run for President, since he clearly belongs to a region that was annexed illegally by the United States? Is there any real provision in the Constitution for getting new states: does that mean Vermont is still part of New Hampshire?

If we can get Rand elected to Senate, and if Peter Schiff, and Kokach, and all the other Ron Paul candidates can build decent followings, along with the continuous growth of the Campaign for Liberty. We'll have a huge organization for 2012.

In a perfect world . . .
Ron Paul would take Sarah Palin under his wing and teach her about liberty and serving the people according to the Constitution. Together, they could win with a landslide in 2012. (*sigh* I can dream, can't I? LOL )

he wouldn't have to wing and teach anyone. Someone would stand with him who is already the patriot he is.
It would be good to know before the 2010 election cycle
There are many seats open NOW that people will not run for. I have exactly ONE person that I would vote for. Many of the current PCPs would consider running again to try to be in position to help his bid in 2012. However, as it stands, many of them do not plan to run again, and I do not know a single person personally who intends to run for Sheriff, the office we need most, or any other higher office. If he started NOW, it would have a unifying and cumulative positive effect on both elections.
Truth exists, and it deserves to be cherished.
Become a Precinct committeman....
If Dr. Paul does run again - being involved with your county GOP executive committee is the strongest position you can support him from.....and you will know the address of every registered republican in your precinct:)
