Chicago snitch program
Chicago just started a new anti-tax evader snitch program.
If you snitch on someone, then you get a percent of the taxes that they owed as a reward.
So essentially they have to pay taxes to the snitch and Chicago both if they get caught.

I know someone who was born and raised in a 'communist' regime where neighbors spied on each other, and the fear is always there--
how can this be stopped?
I guess I thought that Americans KNEW that these things took place 'behind the *iron curtain*'--
