The Brookings Institution, a left wing tax-sucking operation, is getting four hundred grand for a "study" on how to get people to put up with the government putting a GPS tracker on every car. I swear I'm not making this up.

Yep instead of lowering taxes by 400 GR.
The Liberty a society retains is inversely proportional to the number of Lawyers in the Government.

Man talk about a miserable job
"The total of all motorist-related taxes in Virginia exceeds the amount spent on road building and maintenance in the state, according to TheNewspaper's analysis."
And they have to figure out how to add even more taxes? and strap a gps to every car, and monitor all movements, and get people to willingly accept it? Hahaha, they got their work cut out for them. I almost feel sorry for them if they weren't such backstabbing complicit little slimeballs.
They might need more than $400k for this. There's no way they can buy off enough people to make this seem like a good idea.
