We should definitely

We should definitely continue on this path of printing more money to dig ourselves out of the hole we're in.... It's sure to work, right?

If you can imagine two sides of a shallow ravine, and in between the two banks of the ravine is a burning fire that consumes all that is thrown into the ravine... Imagine that the banks and government have thought of a great way to cross from one side of the ravine to the other side, nice and safely, and they insist that we must only use this way, or else the fire will grow and consume both sides of the ravine and everything around it... We can pile enough cash into the ravine of fire and walk across it as fast as we can and hope to cross it before the fire consumes every single paper dollar we throw into it, hoping it will prop us up and allow us to cross.

We're only run about a quarter of the way across, and everything behind us and everything we threw into the fiery ravine in front of us has already burned up, and we're out of money to pile into it again... Welcome to hell.

bump

great find.

"How can we justify to the unemployed and underemployed in the United States the incredible cost of maintaining a global empire?" - Dr. Ron Paul

His first guest summed it up!
