Ready to REALLY end the Fed?
Submitted by paul4won on Sat, 10/31/2009 - 08:081. We get our best and brightest to put together one well made flyer and a youtube video about this, and we ALL have to get out there and pass them out in our precincts. If you do not have a good PCP in the precincts nearby, do them, too.
2. Get supplied to survive, like you know you ought to do anyway.
3. Go to locally owned businesses, and ask them to at least consider an FRN alternative day, so that you and others like you can continue to do business with them.
4. Contact our mortgage holders, car loan holders, credit card companies, etc, and tell them we are joining the FRN boycott beginning on (pick a date - January 1, 2010?) and offer to make our payments in any other way. Recording the call is probably not a bad idea.
5. On the agreed upon date, we stop using FRNs. Always offer to pay what you owe, but refuse to pay in unconstitutional currency. Apologize for being in the position of enforcer, but the people above you in the chain of command for defending the Constitution have failed in their duty, and now, as a responsible citizen, you must do the right thing regardless of the consequences. You know, tell the truth and do the right thing. Sounds so easy.
I saw a thread about Oathkeepers this morning, and a comment saying we probably all swore that oath when we got a driver's license. Well, are you ready to put your mouth where your money was?
Liberty will not come without risks and confrontation. If you prefer, I suspect a war is being arranged - you can just wait for that.

When you register do you start receiving a check for service?
I mean they can fine you if you don't, so you should get paid for being on call, right?
Not registering for the draft is a felony and carries a fine of $250,000, five years in jail or both. You could also lose the eligibility of obtaining student loans, financial aid, government jobs, job training and U.S. citizenship (for immigrants).

Most Americans are not the citizen who is required to register for the draft. Note that this does not stop the state militia or sheriff from demanding the service of these Americans. The big difference is that the militia is not an offensive force and is designed for the preservation of peace and the defense of the state citizen.
See page 3 of this pamphlet from the SSS. You will note that "US citizen" and "US National" (and how a US National becomes liable for service) are enumerated, leaving most Americans born in the constitutional states as "Aliens" relative to the SSS (and most other federal statutory law for that matter). (Although courts have held communication from government agencies which is not signed under a penalty of perjury and including a delegation of authority as inadmissible evidence, this communication corresponds to the same definitions in Title 8 USC.)

Drivers license, tax returns ect...When a male of 18 registers for the draft I consider that an act of joining the military. I don't remember, but I am sure it too constitutes an act of swearing an oath to the Constitution per
signature.

Thousands of US Servicemembers are not aware of how important the banking issue is. Out of all citizens these issues affect us first! I wasn't aware of these issues just three weeks ago, as I concentrate on my duties and career. Now all the mainstream news olutlets are reporting this issue in a negative light; from Lou Dobbs on CNN to Hannity of FOx and every one in between. We Service members are doing our duty, help us organize and get the word out. The most important bi-partisan issues need to be emailed out, and they are: 1)devaluing of the Dollar, 2) reduction of Civil Liberties, 3) the Fed. I have already emailed dozens on fellow Soldiers and I have requested to meet with my local JAG Officers about what I am allowed and not allowed to do as far as networking with US Service members. PLEASE be careful. The Constitutionality of the Federal Reserve is well documented by both Eustace Mullins and G Edward Griffin. Once you dig a bit deeper, you will see it is actually the number one problem, as it is totally responsible for the devaluing dollar (and the reduction of Civil Liberties.)
Truly, your message gave me a jolt of hope like I have not had in quite a while. Thank you for your courage. The battle you are about to engage may carry less risk of physical injury (maybe not, too) but it is the one that can save us.

If you offered gold I'd take it. However, anything alternative is crap.
If anyone called me with an offer like this, I'd tell them to take a hike. If they asked if I minded being paid in gold however, I'd take them up on it immediately.
If you've taken on debt you can't pay, don't use this as a cheap trick to get around paying your bills. If I had a customer who offered to pay me in something other than cash or gold and claimed it was because of their support of the constitution, I'd call them out on being a fraud and stop shipment on them immediately. Not to mention my calling every one of their suppliers and explaining the story to them.
Gold is, again, another story. I'd ALSO take a barter, on second thought, if offered and it's something I actually need, but in most cases I just need the cash. Calling it up and being sorry that they "cannot" pay in that fashion because of a "boycott" is a quick way to get a kick in the ass from me.

I think you really missed much of the point.
There would be no re-negging on THINGS. It is the contracts with the banksters that would be targetted. Fraudulent contracts to be paid in unconstitutional dollars, not screwing over goods and service providers. Either stock up ahead of time (a good time to try to strike a deal and educate your local businesses) or find a place that will take other payment.
As a business owner, you could lead the way and offer your customers a 90% discount if they pay in pre-1964 silver coins. Still legal tender, and you would make a tidy profit. Plus think how many people would do the math and FINALLY understand inflation. Well, understand it a little better.

Refuse being the key word. Like I said, I'd accept gold, even silver. I've even done deals where I supply product to a customer who does me a service, but it's agreed on beforehand and the customer isn't trying to force my hand after the fact.

One of the keys to making this work would be getting small businesses to work WITH it, not ruin them.
I am willing to bet the terms you strike are clear to both parties. The terms of banking agreements are steeped in fraud. THOSE are the contracts to boycott. And even THEY would get a chance to renegotiate for Constitutional money.

Everyone always thinks this is some attempt to dodge obligations. I made it clear, one should always continue to offer to pay their obligations. If the other party told me they would take any form of constitutional money, I would do business with them. Gold works for me. I would even pay in EUs, just NOT FRNs.

If I've shipped an order NET30 based on the prior agreement that I would be paid in FRNs, I'd damn well better get paid in FRNs, anything else is at my sole discretionary pleasure. If they want to pay me in gold, or in source product, I'd CONSIDER it. Gold I'd accept, source product would be iffy.
If you knowingly accepted product from me, then said, "Oh yeah, I can't pay you in dollars because it's unconstitutional and I'm protesting" I'm going to drag your ass through the mud where you belong.
However, if you're saying, "Hi, I'd like to place an order, but I'll be paying in Euros, or Pesos, or Wampum, but I will not place my order for payment in dollars." I will say, "No problem, unless it's gold, you go ahead and find someone else to produce the order."
Then it's no problem and we've both agreed not to do business with each other, no hard feelings you know? But don't screw me and keep my employees from eating just because you don't want to pay me in the tender type we agreed on before.
There's a simple question people ask when they begin a transaction to buy something from a producer: "What payment terms do you accept?" Whether that be cash, credit card, or even a 1%10 NET30, it's an agreement made beforehand, and you either hold up your side of the bargain as you originally agreed or you're a scumbag. If you can't pay and you're asking for better terms over time, it's one thing, but don't call up with demands and pretend you're being morally righteous and that I have to agree with it or I'M the unjust one.

Attempting something like this as individuals is not going to be
well received by local businesses. How would you pay them? I like Dr. Edwin Vieira's (committeesofsafety.org) approach where freedom keeper organizations push (lobby) for legalizing constitutional currency within their state. Then as people and businesses begin exchanging money with inherent value (gold, silver, and their electronic transfers), FRN's and The Fed will become less significant until they die of atrophy. I know there is a lot of talent here at the DP, maybe some Break the Matrix folks, even. Mostly I wanted to see if people would get behind the idea. Thing is, if we all have to run around and spend a bunch of FRNs to make it happen, it is a self-defeating effort. People have to get it, get on board, and do what they can once they "catch the vision."
