It is a description of a possible new means of doing warfare. It reminds me of the Nazi eugenics program. Could this swine flu thing be an experiment of a similar nature?

genotype: the genetic makeup of an organism or group of organisms with reference to a single trait, set of traits, or an entire complex of traits.
