Barney Frank and the Far Left
If I'm not mistaken, Barney Frank is up for re-election soon. On health care reform, he included a "public option." I've read somewhere from analysts that he supported a public option because he needs the support of the far-left in his voting district in order to get re-elected.
What does this have to do with auditing the fed? Well, the sponsor of S. 604, Federal Reserve Sunshine Act of 2009, is socialist Bernard Sanders. He is a big supporter and he is about as "far left" as it gets in the US Senate.
Is there anyway to rally up support from the far left on this issue to put pressure on Barney Frank (he needs the far-left for re-election) and other Democrats?
***Interesting note: I just watched Michael Moore's, "Capitalism: A Love Story" last night while drinking Pepto-Bismol. Bernard Sanders appeared in the movie to define socialism. I forgot that the man was a socialist until last night.

So rather than writing Watt, or any other party, how about if we get everyone we know to close their Bank of America account AND present a simple declarative letter to Watt's corporate masters (at account closing) stating that our accounts are being closed by WE THE PEOPLE in protest.
We have to become aggressive and take actions that get the attention of the men behind the curtain...and that send a clear and compelling warning that WE ARE AWAKE and organized in our resistence to their dominion over our government, our financial well being and our liberties.

You are a sovereign first and foremost. You bow to NO ONE, nor do I or I would hope anyone that truly understands the principles with which this country was founded. If you do, and there are legions of people in this country who are, your denying yourself and your family there birthright as sons and daughters of this republic. This brainwashing has been going full force for a long time. State legislatures are whittling at liberty as much as the federal govt, if you read through the code of laws in your state specifically pertaining to drivers license issues, registration, insurance..etc
and you go back say 40 years you'll find some very interesting tidbits. Bear in mind these legislatures like the federal govt are creatures of we the people.
They are nothing, and would not exist except through the permission of the people. As such they cannot right law that is adverse to the Constitution provisions of the United states as these are void. They are likewise impermissible per state constitution for same as well as a host of case law. Look into your state transportation code and see the change in semantics and wordplay concerning drivers licensing and all the expenses that come with that little gem. This all goes to the freedom to travel and in a nutshell we are all considered drivers of transport in commerce although most of us do not drive transport in commerce, we drive private independently owned non commercial transportation to use in our right to travel freely. Look up the definition of motor vehicle in your state transportation code. A transport in commerce. Look up drivers license, an occupational license or commercial license which do you have, both are commercial, are you driving a vehicle in commerce ? If not why are you paying all the fees, insurance, licensing that is and can only be required by law through the legislature of a commercial vehicle ?
To fee, tax, charge someone and grant permission by way of licensing someone to travel freely is a violation of the most basic tenent of the Constitutions (US and State) Is anyone getting this. And if you do not follow these unlawful, unconstitutional state provisions they throw you in jail....WAKE UP PEOPLE ..Now the very people that have slapped this atrocity down as legitimate, I mean state legislatures are making state sovereignty noises...please ... If we can't or wont keep a handle on something this basic does anyone wonder why things are so F-ed up
now ? Do yourself and your family a favor, read your state transportation code, code of criminal procedure and penal code at least. Time to tighten up and make these bureaucrats start toeing the line.
