Who knows what the senate's version of the Bill from Hell will look like, but now is the time for individuals, health care providers and businesses let their U.S. Senator know we will not comply. How hard is that?
I have cited these cases over the years and this goes to health care providers. Probably not Kaiser, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the other big HMOs. It appears they have cut deals with the devil and care nothing about the U.S. Constitution. However, all other health care providers: Congress has ZERO authority to dictate how you practice medicine and deal with your patients:

Over the weekend I was thinking....
There has to be 100 million Americans who are pissed off enough to invest $10 a month to maintain a website and hire lawyers to start bringing criminal charges against public and private officials.
With a budget of a billion dollars a month we could hire excellent quality legal teams (there are even patriot groups who are qualified) to bring some real discomfort to these treasonous bastards.
With a billion dollars a month we could fire-off sustained TV, radio and web ads to gain increasing awareness and support
People get all stoked-up about a Glenn Beck show or a You Tube documentary but then the most it seems to lead to is a demonstration or some political personel re-shuffle.
Wouldn't we be taken more seriously if the perps started to find out that they would be hunted down by law enforcement and indicted for criminal behavior? That, yes the Constitution really is a legal document with real consequences when violated?
There is already an army of unpaid volunteers out there. The billion dollars a month could go right to legal expenses and media buys.
Any ideas?

C'mon. Search out more groups like "We The People Foundation"
The idea is to find existing groups that can be networked who will reach out to the entire nation. Any kind of comsumer or advocacy group would be potential allies.
We don't want to spend money on massive media at first. We want to draw the attention of the media AFTER we've dragged a few culprits to the public shame of court action. Our resources need to be conserved for court filings, legal teams and citizen panels that decide which culprits need to be targeted first.
And it doesn't matter if we get the top guy first. We can get a big guy often times by pulling on a small thread anywhere in an organization.

Who ever takes the lead on this needs to set up a donation web site. Also set out a Plan for the money. Point by Point what you are going to do with it. This shouldn't be one of the many Ideas that fail to see the light of day on the Daily Paul. I think there are lots of people like me that really want be proactive and be a part of something big. That would be your biggest selling point. Most of us have lost our faith in the system. Thinking outside the box is a good thing.

Just a quick point, realize there are roughly 330 million people in the country. You're looking for a third of them to donate to something "liberty" centered monthly?
I mean don't get me wrong, I applaud the idea in terms of getting people set up on a monthly $10 (or even $50 to $100 as they can afford it) donation to a Ron Paul or Rand Paul campaign, but it's a whole lot of leg work on your part. I'd just like to see you have achievable goals. Heck, shorten that list to "1000 people donating $10-100 per month" and I'll add my name to the list.
If you can get them to auto-bill my credit card so I don't have to think about writing checks, I'd probably take the amount from 10 up to $50 per month, and I'd even be excited about watching us hit the "1000 people" mark.
I'd say screw the RICO charges. Waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy, and a definitely kick in the pants for any credibility. Spend it all on media buys and video production. Buy spots inside TV shows, buy spots on the news, pay Jay Leno to make jokes about it, whatever, but don't spend it in courts on attorneys.

Case histories could make juicy reality TV episodes too.
We have enough bad actors to keep a series going for years.
I think bringing these people to justice would be like cleaning festered national wounds so this country can recover.
The courtrooms would be full of passionate spectators.

And then you get the counter suit for your frivolous lawsuit. Laughed out of court, money wasted, etc. The only people who win in this are lawyers.

Sure, you can either clean the wounds up, or you can stop what's causing the wounds in the first place. Cleaning the festering wounds of a man who intends to stab himself at the first available opportunity is expensive and time consuming, taking his knife away is easier.
