Joomla is a widely adopted web design platform and they are having a contest for the best sites using their templates. A user called "JoomlaXTC" has created a demo version of a Ron Paul for President 2012 site, and I think it's beautiful. Check it out here and vote it up!:

The extent of this person's artistic eye might not go past cutting Dr. Paul out for the top image, and programming capacity is minimal to naught with templates.
The more important statement is: the grassroots needn't always "hand-roll" its websites, especially when time is a factor.

From what the site says, members there will be able to buy this template. I wish they would hold it just for Dr Paul. They're going to ask $39, but it's still a great price for the awesome job they did with it.
