Reclaiming our Rights: The Next Three Steps.

YOUR CC'09 STATE DELEGATES have all endorsed the following:

1) To our knowledge, no one in America has documented the Government’s numerous violations of the Constitution that have taken place; the People’s First Amendment (legal and constitutional) Petitions to the Government to Remedy those Grievances; the Government’s refusal to honor their obligation to respond to the People’s Petitions for Redress, i.e., to be held accountable to the Constitution; and the devastating effects of each violation on America. THIS WILL BE DONE.

2) To our knowledge, no one in America has then developed Constitutional, First Amendment REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS that can be presented by The People to Congress and to the states that identify the unconstitutional acts and demand the step(s) which must be taken by those elected officials to end the violations and restore Constitutional governance. THIS WILL BE DONE.

3) The Delegates will decide the contents of each Constitutional, First Amendment INSTRUCTION.

4) We believe this process will raise the level of constitutional literacy in America among our citizens, among our ELECTED OFFICIALS and among the dominant media (if they choose to take notice.) The totality of the REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS will be circulated widely in addition to being delivered to each member of Congress, the leadership of our state legislatures and the media. All will have the opportunity to ponder their contents and act accordingly.

5) Unfortunately, it is now a self‐evident truth that a CRITICAL MASS of people (say 8‐15 million) will be necessary to peacefully ensure compliance with such Constitutional, First Amendment REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS (there is strength in numbers), for no Government has ever voluntarily given up usurped power, and we
have reached a point in America where individuals and small groups cannot prevail against an out‐of‐control Government while “merely” standing and relying on their individual, unalienable, Natural Rights as guaranteed by the Constitution.

6) The Delegates will need to adopt Constitutional, First Amendment CIVIC ACTION RESOLUTIONS, to be presented to the Free People for the purpose of enforcing the Constitutional, First Amendment REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS.

7) The Delegates’ Constitutional, First Amendment CIVIC ACTION RESOLUTIONS will represent a peaceful, lawful course of action to be taken by the Free People of America to restore the Constitution and Ordered Liberty.

8) While we believe the required CRITICAL MASS exists, we lack documentary evidence of such. That evidence will be essential going forward. Each individual American will be called upon to ensure compliance with the Constitutional, First Amendment REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS by their elected officials. Each person would need to know that he would not be standing alone should he decide to participate, but would be joined by millions of other Americans in such a pro-active, non-violent defense of the Constitution.

9) The Constitutional, First Amendment REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS and CIVIC ACTION RESOLUTIONS will represent, in effect, a BLUEPRINT for bringing the Government back under the control of the Constitution and, therefore, The People. These will be embodied in a document to be adopted by the Delegates and titled ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION.

10) The ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION, a plan to restore the Republic through peaceful lawful civic action, will be posted on the World Wide Web, to be pondered by all and signed by those Americans who have come to understand and accept the JUSTIFICATION for the CIVIC ACTION and SOLIDARITY. Each signature would represent another individual willing to participate in the recommended course of action, on the condition that at least 8 million other Americans signify their agreement to participate by electronically signing the ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION.

11) The Delegates might agree to reconvene the Continental Congress early in 2010, to see where things stand on the recommended pathway to Freedom.

12) As our citizens become more and more discontent (and there is plenty yet to come that is going to cause increasing concern), THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION, with its Constitutional, First Amendment REMEDIAL INSTRUCTIONS and CIVIC ACTION RESOLUTIONS, will insure that the growing demand by the People for action against the wrongs will be coupled with conscious understanding and education about what is taking place that justifies action, not just anger and frustration expressed without legal, constitution‐based solutions. We are trying to prevent chaos and violence, giving our Free People focus and a template for action.

13) IN SHORT, the mettle of the Constitution is tested in tough times. These are tough times. We, the Free People of America have exhausted our administrative and judicial remedies regarding violations of the Constitution that have been increasing in frequency and severity. We now need to exhaust our constitutional remedies, by claiming and exercising our Rights as guaranteed by the First Amendment, thereby demonstrating the wisdom of the Founding Fathers and the true worth of the Constitution, itself.

14) IN SUM, we have constantly surrendered all to the Creator and feel close to the memory and inspiration of our Founding Fathers.

This is the game plan for our massive team sport. You can join the team or remain on the side lines. The choice is up to you. However, to insure a score for our team, you must activate both feet on the field.
