Help, how can we warn Africans about the danger of vaccines?

Don't they know that malaria is natural and that it is natural to die from natural diseases? Don't they know that god put malaria in those mosquitos for a reason? Hasn't anyone informed them that if they just put an onion next to their beds at night they would all be fine?
Isn't it such a shame that we live in a country where most of the residents have been vaccinated against disease? Couldn't we just get back to a blissful natural state like these lucky African's.
