Just Heard Sue Lowden on KKOH radio
She wanted to address the "Ron Paul people" and said that she really had to close down the convention because the contracted time had run out and there were insurance issues. She said that it would only have made a difference of three votes, and at the national convention the 4 "Ron Paul delegates" voted for John McCain anyway. I got angry all over again hearing this line of bull from the RNC in DC shill. She said this was not a ploy to stop the votes and was so sticky sweet and commenting on the "passion of the Ron Paul people." Hey, Sue, we were all Republicans there and yet the candidate had already been chosen by you and the Suits. It is unfortunate that the few delegates who were "Ron Paul" delegates at the national convention didn't vote for Ron Paul as we had expected. She was so smug about how they had voted. Anyone want to help Sue remember what really happened that fateful day?

I think she's lying
Didn't the Peppermill offer to keep the room open longer out of courtesy so they could finnish up?

Was she
concerned that someone may file voter intimidation, voter fraud, conspiracy to commit voter fraud and RICO charges against her? She should drop out of politics, because politics is supposed to be to doing the will of the people and not doing the will of the few.
A good lawsuit that holds weight will wake this creature from Jekyl island type up............
Stop
Stop that lady at all costs.
I voted third party in the last election....but in her case, I think maybe even voting for Harry Reid would be the best option.
Not because you like Harry, but just to stop her.
Don't do that (vote for
Don't do that (vote for Reid, that is.) Having the Dems lose their majority leader will be extremely helpful come fall, as it will slow them down, and reinforce how vulnerable other Senators are as well. As I've said before, Reid isn't really that bad, but simply being the majority leader when his party also controls the House and the White House, makes getting rid of him important for those who wish to hamper government's ability to enact new sweeping legislation. A junior senator from the minority party in a smaller state, regardless of how bad, won't really be able to accomplish much regardless of how bad she may be.
A Vote for Conscience is Never a Wasted Vote
Sorry, I've been told too many times to vote for the lesser of two evils, because they are "less evil." Sue is corrupt and a proven liar-- totally establishment. She may sound more conservative, but when an important vote came, she'd vote they way they tell her; just like Reid. So what's the difference?
Many politicians turn out to be corrupt, so why send one we know is corrupt from the outset? If the Republican Party really wants to defeat Reid, they need to find a candidate who is truly honest, non-corrupt, and non-establishment. Then they could really get people to rally around them. But non-establisment means non-Republican, basically. Too bad...

Sue Lowden seems to be a subscriber to the idea that if you repeat a lie often enough, people will believe it.
I was there on April 26th, observing the ballot count (of the soon-to-be-infamous "lost ballots") when the counting was shut down. Beverly Willard (NV National Committeewoman at the time) sent me to the Peppermill's business center for some manila envelopes to hold the ballots. When I arrived at the business center, the woman who runs the center was on the phone, and a big guy in a snappy suit (complete with McCain button) was waiting. The business center lady presently hung up the phone, turned to the man with the button and said: "They said that yes, your contract expired at five . . . but you're a VIP party," she smiled at him reassuringly, "and you can stay there as long as you want."
That's my eyewitness account, that I would swear to in court.
....
When we finally got the CD 2 ballots counted the other day, I was asked by a reporter, "What can be done now to make this right?" And I replied that unfortunately, nothing can be done NOW. It's too late - the national convention is over.
Sorry, Sue, you can't ever make this right. No matter how many lies you tell, WE KNOW THE TRUTH--
and we're not forgetting it, and we're not going away.

NOT TRUE: She left out how they shut the lights off as well as the sound system. People were on the verge of panic as this wave of RINO's stampeded out of the room. Your could hear the RINO's bawling as cows lost their calves & steers lost their balls. The quorum that was left in the room immediately went to Peppermill mgmt & asked that the lights & sound be turned back on. They were. The Peppermill told us they had NOTHING scheduled for the room & that we could use it til the end of the day. If that LYING _________, was concerned about "insurance issues," why did she put so many people at physical risk? Also, up to that point, OVER HALF the time we'd spent in that room had been devoted to wasteful claptrap: flag presentations, stupid films, ANYTHING to WASTE TIME so they could pull this stunt.

So, votes don't really matter, huh? Why even have a state convention? Why even have a national convention? That's honestly what this whole corrupt process has come down to. Do you REALLY think we choose the nominee & then the POTUS? Ms. LOWDOWN also left out how the Ron Paul delegates were treated in St. Paul. They were not only outcasts, but were beaten down & given the whole Guantanamo treatment to get them to vote for McSame. It was despicable. I hope those delegates start responding to the press about how they were threatened with harm if they didn't vote for McInsane.
<< She was so smug about how they had voted. >>
We are going to be so smug about how we're not going to vote for her!
I don't think people trust
I don't think people trust her very much after how they closed down the convention in addition to the new info coming out about the ballots that had been locked away and uncounted for over a year and a half which were in favor of Ron Paul.
What does that say about a "leader" when the votes are locked away, the convention is closed and the matter is settled in front of a national panel?
Isn't she now trying to run for a US Senate seat? Seems she would fit in perfectly with most of them, but she just the kind of person that we really do not want to be in there.
What we need is honesty and transparency in government. She doesn't appear to offer either.

It's times like this I miss Corey Farley
Cory Farley wrote wonderful articles about what's really going on in Reno. This would be a great time for a Cory farley Op-Ed.

is on voting day.
Exactly use your vote.
This just opened all kinds of wounds. One thing for sure, we're wiser, more savy and we"re ready this time. We're gonna keep on making noise and hell no we won't go away. Once Ron gives us the Go for 2012 they won't know what hit them.
