To me this is just growing pains. Marijuana is still illegal for the majority of people and harassment would be being hit time and again for the same allegations. If they mix it up with who they hit and why at least they will catch some illegal operations. The feds have their jobs too. Much like in the Warner Bros. cartoon when the Wile E punches the clock and the sheep dog punches the clock it's work time. The rest of the time everyone is just a squirrel trying to get a nut in this world.

They are raiding alleged "for-profit" dispensaries

Read the article between the lines, CA law states that dispensaries cannot be "for profit", so the Fed agents claim the target of their raid is "for-profit", putting the burden of proof on the co-op or collective to prove otherwise.

It's always something with these @ssholes feds, they just make it up as they go along.

But the feds took off with the inventory. The dispensary should file criminal charges against the feds for theft. How can they just steal this woman's property? Step #1 is to install mantraps at all entrances and exits. When the feds show up demand to see the warrant.

I guess that is the end of any illusion I might have had about Obama and his administration of idiots and cleptocrats having even one single facet to recommend them over Bush and his administration of likewise.
