Driver's License & Jurisdiction
I have been on a quest to gain my sovereignty, national versus statutory, via learning the true meaning of jurisdiction and the consequences thereof as a result of ignorantly signing contracts i.e., driver's license, registration and still possessing a SSN. I currently reside in PA, of which, has recently passed the phase of photographing biometrically upon renewing driver's licenses, thus I strongly do not want to comply. In addition, I do not intend to fall under yet another, and now aware of, form of governmental jurisdiction for an additional 4 years, as my license has expired. I've studied several case files where driving and/or traveling was considered a right and not a privilege.....is this correct or have I totally lost my inalienable rights by allowing civil rights to reign via these "contracts"? Anyway, as a result of a DUI checkpoint, my inspection (also considered a possible contract) and drivers license were discovered expired by the police, thus I received citations. No I was not under the influence. I have pled not guilty without signing the citation upon submitting on the premise that driving and/or travel is a Constitutional right versus privilege with no infringement.....my trial is forthcoming. In addition, per the definition of "crime" I did not inflict any harm to "person" or property. Comments or knowledge on how to proceed with my quest for sovereignty and upcoming trial are appreciated.

My 12 year-old cousin is really itching to drive and I'm thinking wtf, she has every right to. I'll teach her next weekend and do some road time with her. Do you guys think I should do 1 or 2 months of teaching? I know they'll tell her she's too young, but I can give her enough info to keep them quiet. And, if that doesn't work, I'll fill out the form that automatically shuts the whole government down. They wouldn't dare take that chance! ha!

Collateral
Since my citations were issued in Pennsylvania, the magistrate is requiring a collateral payment prior to administering a trial date. I have submitted another response letter stating "I reiterate my statement within my previous letter that if the collateral demanded is made a condition of my being allowed my right to due process of law, e.g., a trial, then this
would be unconstitutional. The right to due process of law is a right and not a mere privilege whereby money may be lawfully demanded in order to receive the privilege. Such a privilege would denote a contract whereby I have knowingly and voluntarily given up a right in exchange for a mere privilege." They, in turn, responded by demanding collateral be paid or make arrangements to meet with the judge for discussion. However, this particular magistrate is approximately 2 - 3 hours away. Note I have researched the Pa code, but regardless, as a national I do not fall under their jurisdiction. Any and all comments on how to proceed are welcome.

Just wondering
I was wondering if the above court is under the jurisdiction of the corporate state and therefore outside of the constitution. In that case, if you are an individual who is outside of the corporate jurisdiction a trial would be a nonsensical as you would not be in the right court.

Mouse that roared. This IS the way to liberty. No one can take our liberty without our consent (not informed consent, but by our deeds) and no one can restore out liberty for us. I am in this odd intellectual limbo over the whole thing. I look at the forms, try to get started, and think "Why am I notifying these lying bastards of anything? They are nothing and no one to me, and I have chickens to feed."

you need the certificate of origin for the vehicle you are traveling within - the allodial title. You cannot be charged against your own property, but if the certificate is in state hands they may claim partial ownweship and therefore require registration and licensure for our operation of the said vehicle under jrisdiction of part ownership (Bull Sh__ I concede, but COLOR of law). It is a tactic my rfiend, and a trippy one at that.

that I am offering information I've heard from Michael Badnarik. I'd appreciate it if you'd pull your monkey off of my back. I don't really understand why you are jumping on me for giving advice, is that not what the author of this post asked for? Did I offer information that you feel is solely yours, or are you just tramping around making sure to let everyone know that everyone on this thread is providing advice, not verbatim declarations. Also, for some reason you seem to act as if I've steped on your toes with all the team law references you are making, but the information I'm talking about is directly from Badnarik's constitutional education video series posted at trueworldhistory.info. Or, are you the only source for truth and contemplation on this site, or the net, or this nation, or the world?
By the way, a good way to avoid the pitfalls of others travails is to seek knowledge from their experiences too. Sometimes you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Since I am inexperienced in a court room, are personal recorders allowed during the process regardless of what state, county and/or jurisdiction is presiding? I would find that sharing this historical experience in my life with those who are interested most stimulating. If so, is there a method to post the recording on this site?

Elrococco, how does one obtain the allodial title of a vehicle that is owned and currently registered?
You have to be a dealer to get a MSO
The MSO is provided to the dealers when a new car is sent to them because it does not have a title yet.
From what little I've heard....
it's near impossible, but if you hold the title and are free of liens then you can petition the state for the manufacturers certificate of origin (it's birth certificate). I've not tried this process, just heard of it. But Badnarik explains that this is the crux of most registration scams. I guess you start asking questions of your state DMV.
