What will it take for these insane congress members to just Stop?
I called my Massachusetts Congressman's office tonight to say the same thing.
In addition, I also explained to the girl in his office, that I don't want him to vote for Cap and Trade. That Americans are fed up with having legislation slammed down our throats, and that congress is not reading the Bills. She said he does read them.
(okay then, so long as he reads this extremely bad legislation, and then votes for it, knowing that it's bad. Well then, that's okay)
Still more; I told her that if Congressman James McGovern, continues to ignore our calls to Stop, that I will recruit, train and help fundraising a candidate to run against him. Noting, what we did for Rand Paul and Peter Shift.
If your of middle eastern discent
and you lived in the country that was blowing the living hell out of your country of origin and perhaps killing people you knew, maybe even family members you'd be in quite a pickle. People there on the ground might even resort to blowing themselves up in a last ditch attempt to either escape or make it stop..Must be quite a pickle indeed. I imagine watching the people around you die, the nightmares, lack of food, water...but hey this has been going on since Clinton took office and started blocking off the things needed to survive..But hell they must be used to that by now...You know what lets just drop hydrogen bombs on the entirety of the country. Make sure that whatever isn't killed in the initial blast WILL BE KILLED from the radioactive fallout. Are we all alright with it ? I'm not, where does it stop ?

Your congressman does not care if you recruit and fund a candidate to run against him. None of these morons do. They think they are invincible. And in some respect, when considering that most Americans who vote are stupid and re-elect incumbents at a 95% rate, the invincible feeling is probably correct.
Sure, you may upset one or two here or there. But we will never clean house like we need to. Besides, changing personnel is not the problem, there is no check to prevent the new class from doing the same shenanigans.

Maybe they got a few of the child-rapers or broken bottles up the butt gang, who knows. Congress wasn't "debating" healthcare anyway. They were discussing how easy it will be to pass on Saturday. Although, if congress did stop everytime a soldier gets killed or kills, we might not have quite so many problems.
