We HAVEN'T unlimited resources to waste on ourselves, whether for wars, insurance companies, wall street bailouts, or anything else!! The chickens are finally coming home to roost! The US dollar has lost more than 95% of its value since 1913--when the Federal Reserve was instituted--and the remaining five percent is only a matter of (a very short) time. Holders of dollar denominated assets will come to the conclusion that their holdings are not worth the paper they are printed on; they will cease lending us money at interest rates we can afford, they will cease to allow us to purchase oil, consumer goods, software, autos, etc with worthless FRNs--backed only by "full faith and credit" of the US government, we will no longer be able to pay our armed forces, even domestically, much less overseas, and the whole mess will crash down. Reality will reassert itself.
Congressman Kucinich, we have one last remaining chance to avert the above scenario. Use your good offices to support HR1207 and commit Congress to a COMPLETE AND INDEPENDENT audit of the Federal Reserve. Then follow Ron Paul's lead in allowing us to develop better and sounder alternatives. We don't have unlimited resources, we never will have unlimited resources, nobody can ever have them, and the best we can do is commit ourselves to a monetary system which acknowleges this.
Let me guess.
Kucinich thinks "ourselves" is a synonym for socialist wealth-redistribution plans.
Betcha I'm right.
Unlimited resoureces and American power
